I can’t say enough how great a company this is! Our dog got ahold of the green cover that covers the springs, and I contacted the seller to see if I could reorder that piece. They contacted me right away AND sent me the item free of charge! It was totally my fault for letting the dog in the fence. You just don’t find customer service like that anymore!
About the TRAMPOLINE-
The trampoline is HUGE. We have 7 kids and we have repurchased trampolines several times over the years. This is the first one we’ve bought like this. I was afraid it would sag - being so big - but the springs are closer together than most trampolines, so that shouldnt be an issue. It was an excellent quality purchase! I’d definitely buy again.
East assembly , nice size jumping area and comfortable, sturdy handle bars ,that my little guy loves having ! The only complaint” is the padding/cover that goes over springs is a pain to get on -mine is still wrapped around the legs -but I haven’t personally tried to get it on (son tried to no avail and he’s usually good with putting things together
We have a long but narrow yard and this fit perfectly. In addition to the size and shape working great, I feel a lot safer with the set up. We did order the ladder and basketball hoop separately. More expensive than other types of trampolines but this is definitely a you get what you pay for” item. Worth the $ for the quality and peace of mind. Oh - and the kids LOVE it! Lots of bounce!!! Only regret is not getting this sooner.
This is a great trampoline for the price. 14 is strong and sturdy all around. The ladder is a little uncomfortable to step on with bare feet but easy to add some padding. We had 5 kids jumping at the same time, weight limit exceeded but no issues. I wouldnt let that happen often, but it was a good passing test.
