    Great Customer Service

We put up the trampoline which the instructions were not great but we figured it out. Here is what is great. I would recommend this company to everyone. We had a tornado come through took our beautiful new trampoline and set it in our tree. Needless to say a couple of poles were bent and unusually. My kids were devastated. I tried everything to get replacement poles and was concerned that since this was made in China that I would have a tough time getting replacements. The instructions didnt give me much info BUT buying this though I had a connection to the seller. They not only were so gracious in understanding the situation but they were great at getting me my pieces that I need to me right away. My kids are now enjoying their trampoline again. And the memory of the tornado is lessening. Thank you to AOTOB and specifically to the person I was corresponding with. God Bless

    Nice product!

Nice product! Simply was not too bad my wife and I completed it within 3 to 4 hours. Snapping the rods Into place was the toughest.

    Worth the effort to assemble!

Really big upgrade from our smaller, lower, cheaper trampoline. Big enough for the whole family, sturdy, and the enclosure bouncy netting also works great to put errant jumpers right back in the mat! Super high bounces for all. Durability has yet to be tested, but it seems solid. And tons of fun!! Assembly…is doable, though difficult. Instructions were good, though I’d recommend watching a couple YouTube videos on technique for bending the rods. It really matters how you hold them, and what angle you’re using to apply pressure. Work gloves are a must. Took about two hours for me (130lb chick) and my 75 y/o dad to do while kids were at daycare. He was most helpful by sitting on the far side to make sure the trampoline didn’t scoot all over the yard as I was putting ALL my weight into bending the rods to install the mat. It took a lot of sweat and some bruises to my palm (in spite of padded work gloves!!) and hip from bracing into the effort, but it was totally doable and worth it!!

Was backed with a great warranty

Product had a few bent poles but the manufacturer corrected the problem very quickly. They were very concerned with any issue we may have had. They will stand behind their product. They shipped the new poles very promptly.

I like it more than I thought I would

This mini trampoline was very easy to put together, even for someone who is going though chemo with limited energy. It seems very sturdy, and I think its really helping to get my system moving so the poison doesnt stay in one place. I put it right next to my desk so I can jump for a few minutes between meetings.

    Kids love it.

Easy to follow booklet for setup . Quality product and looks great up. Only thing is didn’t now we need a power source for the lights. Which when I read on another page is that they are brighter with a power source than batteries. So kids have been on it each day since setup and even some adults.

    Very solid

Love the sturdiness of it. My husband and son assembled it in a couple of hours. He is a big strong guy and he got blisters from pulling and the springs ect. ( i suggest wearing gloves! ) way better than the last tramp we had. I choose because of the safty rating. Our boys are getting bigger, so this one is great. Definitely need a couple people to set it up tho. Way worth the cost.
