?Bought this for my 10yr old nonverbal autistic son and family. It arrived in three very heavy boxes, that was so heavy and large hired a different delivery service to bring it here. They were so kind and helpful. They actually brought everything in to my backyard, which they were not contracted to do but did anyway for free!! Then the madness began! The instructions were easy to follow and very thorough. I am a 47yr old woman who has never done anything like this before but I have a brain and an semi-intelligent so I thought, how hard can this be? Ha! There is also a video that shows a couple assembling this exact trampoline, which was an incredible asset!! I watched this numerous times during construction. Heres the thing, I spent over 10hrs on the first day, completing everything except for the springs and had to start the next morning. Putting the springs on was for me the most difficult part of the process!!! I simply could not do it, did not have the strength to do it! Frustration was putting it mildly,how we all felt at this point! So I had to( my kids screaming everyday!!!) wait for a few family members to take the time to come help me finish it up. To sum it all up, if you can afford it, hire someone to put this baby together!
I waited until we used it for over a month to leave this review bc I wanted to really use it and see how well this trampoline is and honestly it is pretty AMAZING! Well designed, VERY sturdy, my autistic son is giving this trampoline a steady, heavy workout every single day and most evenings. We bought a cheaper round trampoline a few yrs back that didnt last after a couple of months. It was destroyed and we were left with the bare bones. All I can tell you is that having had both types, its absolutely worth it to spend the extra money for a better quality trampoline! I am NOT a fake reviewer. I am a single broke mommy of four w a few grandchildren and I rely on reviews to make bigger purchases bc I cant afford to blow money. I take this seriously. Nothing fake here.
All 3 boxes came, I was worried reading other reviews. Was easy to put together and the kids love it. Have only had it a month so cant say how long it will last but so far so good. Seems like it will last quite a while. Its very sturdy.
Great size to jump for rectangular size space we had available in our backyard. Put together in about 4 hours. Had an issue getting both boxes though. Only box 2 or 2 showed up and I had to call to get the entire order reshipped (free of charge of course) in order to get box 1. Then had to arrange the additional box 2 to be repicked up. Other than shipping issue, this is a great buy for our family!
I purchased the 15x9 rectangle trampoline from another retailer, but figure I will leave my review here as well. I was not given the option of a basketball hoop so I cant comment on that. Years ago, I bought the 5ft trampoline for my son, so when it came time to buy a large trampoline, I already knew I wanted to stick with the brand.
I didnt think I could fit both a temporary pool and a trampoline into my small backyard, but when I saw the rectangle I knew I could make it happen. It actually feels much larger than I had envisioned with plenty of space to jump. For the price, I do feel it should come with a ladder. Im not a fan of how much it squeaks- its not that bothersome to me, but I am conscious of my neighbors. I ordered some interflon which will take a couple weeks to arrive, hoping that will solve it. The third and final purchase I need to make is some black tape for the foam around the poles. It is quite flimsy and not likely to withstand a lot of wear and tear.
After a lot of frustration and 3 hours spent building the 5ft trampoline years ago, I assumed this one would take twice that. My brother actually assembled it for me in about 2.5 hours. Overall, I am very pleased with this purchase and would recommend this trampoline to others.
One more thing, mine was sent through fed ex but arrived in 3 very heavy boxes. The boxes were in perfect condition and placed neatly near my front door. In the reviews with photos of the broken boxes, it appears to have been sent in 2 boxes total. Not sure if that is an or a decision but it is clearly much too heavy for only 2 boxes.
This is the second Trampoline we have bought. We left the first one when we sold our house. My daughter has been wanting her trampoline replaced for a year now. Due to the Corona virus everybody was out of stock or back ordered last year. I ordered this on a Thursday with free shipping and it was delivered on Saturday. All parts were in the boxes and nothing was damaged. Very easy to assemble.
