This is a nice trampoline and everyone in our household has enjoyed it. We received the trampoline in two boxes. One box was badly damaged during shipping, but we were pleasantly surprised to find that all of the components made it to us anyway. Two of us put the trampoline together in approximately 3-4 hours.
The absolute worst part of assembly is attaching the safety net. You are given a long nylon string/cord and have to weave it through the bottom of the net, securing it to the trampoline by weaving it through the brackets where the springs attach to the frame. This is the first trampoline we have assembled, but intuitively it did not feel like the best setup. At this point I am just glad it is finished, but In retrospect, I feel like zip ties may have been easier.
I like that it can hold the entire family! The directions were easy and it is sturdy so far. We have only had a for a few weeks but the kids love it. It was the perfect birthday gift for them!
The steel framing is made a very low quality steel. Im not sure where they get the 1500 pound weight rating but I know I wouldnt want three adults jumping on it. We have owned it for just over a year and its been nothing but problems. The cushion covering over the springs deteriorated within a year. We had to get replacement net polls because they bend so easily.
We had cheaper ones that were better made. Im absolutely disappointed at how much this cost. The pin to put the springs on broke. The netting wont stay by the clips you have to tie then and not around the yellow plastic things they show. It will not zip all the way down to close. The lights have a USB yo plug in?? water and electricity theres way smarter ways to design this. Find a better one dont waste your money on this one!

Aside from the few issues, which are being resolved, this is a very sturdy trampoline. The safety poles could be a bit thicker, and have some sort of locking screws to hold them in place in the joints.
Also, change the basketball hoop so it is lower, just under the netting and this thing would be perfect!!!
Nothing is stopping the basketball from being yeeted outside the safety net sadly. The only thing I can complain about now is that.
It is really pretty I received two big boxes of trampoline parts, when we sat up the trampoline we noticed the lights, water hose and water socks were not in the boxes I received. I let the seller know I was missing part of my order, they let me know that the items that were missing was mailed out in a separate order so they would not get damaged in the shipping. was Correct, two days later I received my entire order. Thank you for your kind service.
Better than expected Frustrated. Holes dont line up. Extras missing completely, expected that based off reviews. Contacted seller and will update after response. Everything aside quality seems great, very disappointed to not be able to test it.
Update 1- Seller Responded quickly and is sending new legs! Already shipped out! Extras still not here but I was informed they arrive in a separate package.
Update 2- Replacement legs and extras came in! Everything seems really nice! Slightly inconvenient to jump through the hoops to get it settled but seller was very helpful and prompt to respond. Just maybe dont buy it if youre needing it by a deadline. Overall happy.
Happy at first they sent it to me incomplete but they responded immediately and sent me the lights, the water hose and the socks that was what I was missing I am very happy it was worth what I paid
