This has worked very well for me. I do not have a lot of space in my entry way and this has been a great option to hang back backs and store shoes. I didnt put in the dividers for the cubbies at the bottom so I could fit multiple pairs of shoes and it has worked out great.
This is a beautiful piece of furniture that fits perfectly where we wanted it to and we are very pleased. The only downside was it took us about 90 minutes to assemble you really need two people as there are alot of pieces and it was just helpful.

I decided to keep the back panels off and add storage bins instead of using the shelves which works well with hiding the view of the kids shoes and gives a cleaner look. The directions to put it together was easy to follow. A far as quality goes, of course its not solid wood so as long as its not going to be moved a lot, it should hold up.
Went together very easily. They are sturdy enough for jackets and back packs in the bottomed section. I dont know how much weight they will hold, but they are a great value for the cost.
very nice Hall tree/bench, it is a little short as other reviews has said but I added some feet to the bottom to raise 3, the distressed look is really lacking at least on this piece there were some wear spots and or rubs, but very small and faint to notice, so actually the piece looks new
The easiest assembly required piece of furniture Ive put together. Seems pretty sturdy with the exception of the connection between the top and bench, I feel it could use a little extra support. However, overall for the price its a decent piece of furniture.
