Its a cheap piece of furniture but it is sturdy and pretty. The back piece is cardboard but you cant really tell when put together. My mom liked it and wants one too. My only dislike was it came on two separate days and to bolt the piece together it was a bit difficult. But in the end I got it.
Received this yesterday and assembled this morning. Easy to assemble. Did it all by myself with no issues until I went to insert the two shelves. Neither one of them fits where the pegs go. Am so disappointed, but wont disassemble and return. Too much trouble. Beware. If you plan to leave them out and use baskets youll be fine.
Found this while looking for a hall tree for our new house. This is sturdy and absolutely beautiful. Had a hard time connecting the bench to the coat rack considering we had to drill our own holes, even though it says not to use power tools. Regardless this is such an awesome purchase. Im so happy with it!
Perfect size for my entry and matches my decor nicely. Assembly was pretty easy but directions should have been more detailed. Holds allot of weight when sitting to put on shoes although the item isnt very heavy in weight.
I love love love this. Just what we needed for those quick grabs of jackets/coats and change out shoes right at the door/hall to slippers so I dont have dirt tracking through the house. My family is actually using it and Im not yelling about the dirt anymore. Win win for everyone!
i bought this after reading a number of reviews, so I decided to write a review to honestly let people know what this item is about. Obviously, its not pure wood, notice the price? So those of you who complained that it was not real wood you need to spend LOTS more if thats what you want. The Hall Tree is amazing for the price! Easy to put together, sturdy, and worth every penny. It looks amazing and it is very useful. Thank you.
