    Okay

I like this bed but its not as sturdy as I thought it was. The 1st time my daughter got on the top bunk something sounded like it cracked. I didnt find anything but that was a bit alarming. It took my husband and I 4 hours to assemble. Some holes were drilled wrong but my husband was able to fix them with his drill. My girls love the bed though, right now its a bunk bed. When we assemble the 2nd one we will make it into the loft bed/desk mode. Cute and good quality

    poor quality

Love how it looks. But, the wood had a few chips/chunks in it in places the weight limit is only 175 lbs, which is not alot. Overall quality of bed is just okay. the quality of the cushions for the benches are crappy. they get deformed and sink in easily. not worth more than 300.00 in my opinion. Needs improvement in quality.

From the Loft to The Table Youre Covered Here

This bed has been the best because with virtual school it allows my daughter to sit on one side and her son the other. They can get the one on one face to face time need to get through this pandemic for children having to be taught at home. The bed is very sturdy. We know he super mans off the top bunk. The table will become another twin bed if needed when schools out. Also like that you dont have to move everything for grandson to go to bed. This has many uses and solves many problems that you find when your child is getting older and out growing toddler bed. You wont be sorry for this purchase. We will buy again. Well done, great delivery

    Great purchase! Very happy!!

Bought this for my teenager. Delivered 2wks faster than promised!! Easy to put together. Sturdy but recommend getting plywood to cover slats that are spaced a little too far apart. Overall~Love this bed!! study and arrived as pictured!

Cute bed but buyer beware / shipping delays and sketchy communication from seller

The bed is cute and is a nice fit in small spaces. It definitely isnt made of high end materials, but at the price point I was aware of that going into it. It seems good enough for a young kid to enjoy for a few years, and my 6YO loves it despite that it took 3 months to arrive. Assembly isnt bad if you take a parts inventory and are organized. Table to bottom bunk conversion isnt as easy as I wish it were, but its doable. I had issues with shipment and manufacturing delays. It is almost (if not entirely) impossible to communicate with the company despite their urging that you contact them using their direct phone number. I had to initiate an claim which did seem to get sellers attention. Overall you got what you paid for.

Not exactly what you might expect

We received the 3 boxes on different days. Not a big deal. We opened 1 box , partsO.K Opened next box O.KOpened 3rd box and there tuck in and very neatly I may say was the hardware. We where stroking out thinking if there was any. No Wordy instructions at all But if your good at pictures then you got it made. UNTILSomething looks wrongCalled the company and it is just a online store and no one to help clearafy the problem.Maybe leave a email and they would get back to you as soon as they canUMNeed the bed??? We figured out. Thank god we could. My Hubby is safe. But this bed though nice is not what you might think. You get the idea that it is a bunk bed for two that is also a desk. It is both that but not at the same time. You have to unscrew the table to lower it down for the foundation for the bunk. Stupid us, we thought is was sort of like the bed in a camper that easily slides into place to create that bed. But No Sorry This one not so easy. Fine if it where once in a while but not for a every day thing. My husband is going to try to create a system so that it becomes a easy affair to do just that. Stay tuned maybe I will fill you in at a latter date. JUST remember, the company you are buying it from Sucks the bed does not. OH, it took us 6 hours to do using 2 people and you NEED 2 people. Its not hard if you can get past their screw ups. Just time consuming. I dont know haw to do pictures but it came out the same as there picture less the drawers. Drawers really small. going with storage bins. Great Buy

Great product, great customer service, long wait for shipment

Ordered this loft bed in mid June and got it earlier than Expected in mid August (original shipping date was mid September). I was super excited about the product upon receiving and was going to assemble it on the weekend. I found out when I opened the box there were supposed to be 3 boxes and was missing the 2nd. I thought the shipment was lost so I emailed the seller. Seller was prompt and efficient, they located the package and apologized and offer a bit of discount for another shipment delays. I accepted the offer and waited for 3 days before the 2nd box finally came. Took me about 4/5 hours to put this heavy loft bed together. The ladder was a bit weak at the bottom as it was only attached to the table and the table was attached to 2 thin bars across. For my 5 year old son its not a problem but when I have to climb up the ladder to change the bed sheet, the whole ladder bend inward, mind you I am only 170lbs. Besides the paint smell was horrendous and I used a fan to speed up drying process for about a week and finally it doesnt smell as bad. Other than that, its a great product and great customer service. This is exactly what I was looking for and worth the wait Very pleased with this purchase

    Kid loves it

Bought it for my 5 year old. She loves it. It was fairly easy to put together, instructions were easy to follow. There was some minor damage to a couple pieces due to shipping, but not worth submitting anything. I added a screw at the base of the stairs to the front leg to just add a little more sturdiness and keep the stairs from moving laterally. You do need to get a thinner mattress, I think 7 inches or less, but they arent terribly hard to find or expensive. Ive climbed up on it multiple times and it holds me no problem, Im about 205 lbs. I love this product

    Sturdy and worth it!

Im 250lbs, I had a heavy mattress and a weighted blanket, felt very secure the entire time. Dont bounce on this bed, but for regular use it is very stable. I had to move to somewhere I couldnt take it with me and I miss it so much! I found it easy to put together, but be aware you really should have a second person help you, I did it myself and almost hurt myself (Im clumsy). looks nice

    Whole family LOVES this!

So we obviously used this piece a bit differently than most. Our basement playroom has little square footage, so we decided to create a loft space for additional space for our child to play. This full/size loft was perfect for that need. This piece is incredibly sturdy and very well packaged. It is made out of quality wood and not just some particleboard and laminate design. It took my husband and I about 7 hours to assemble working together. Its assembled largely using an Allen wrench, so I would strongly encourage you to get an Allen wrench drill bit for a power drill to significantly speed up the process. We both commented that had we not had that, it would have definitely taken hours longer. We love the shelf and drawer storage space and the height under the loft and above the loft is perfect for adults to sit comfortably in either space. There is a slatted floor for a mattress, however we covered that with several boards screwed down covered by interlocking foam pieces. The railing is about 1 foot high and provides just enough security to allow us to feel comfortable with our child playing up there. If you had a 10 inch mattress, I would honestly be a little bit nervous about sleeping up there given the potential of possibly rolling off. Overall for our need, this 100 fit the bill and we couldnt be happier! Would highly recommend! The product is okay
