I, literally, looked at hundreds of frames - and their associated reviews - from multiple sources before deciding on this frame. I needed something attractive and with simple lines so I could use it with various design styles. I decided on a wood frame because metal frames posed too much risk of squeaking. This bed is perfect - solid, attractive, and not even a hint of potential squeaking. The bed was delivered in a long, heavy box, but it was still easy enough to push across the tile floors. The directions were pretty good. The only clarification I had to find online was regarding the center beam. As an FYI, the fabric side faces up. In any case, I was able to put it together by myself in just a few hours. It would have taken less time without distractions. I placed a full-size 14 cool gel memory foam mattress on top. The frame has tape on a few of the slats to prevent a mattress from slipping; however, I havent exposed the tape and my mattress stays put. The beds height is perfect, not only as storage space, but as a retreat for my pup. I totally recommend this frame. In short, I love this frame!
Bed is great value for the price. It was not overly heavy to try to get the package, yet it feels super sturdy now that its together. My husband and I assembled this late at night and took about 45 mins. I really like how easy it was to assemble- especially the slats! Really creative and customer friendly (way better than my last bed where every slat had to be manually screwed on).
I feel confident that even when we move again, well take the bed since itll be easy to take apart (this is why we left our old bed behind- too much hassle to dissemble!)
Side note- a huge reason I chose this bed was also for the under bed storage. Theres about 7 inch clearance and 8.5 inch actual height (say you lifted the bed to push something under) and I have a ton of stuff now under the bed! Love it.

Just goes to show cheaper price doesnt necessarily mean cheaply made. I LOVE this bed, I knew it was going to be difficult to set up and I WAS WRONG! Im very satisfied with this purchase
Beautiful looking! It shipped on time and well packaged. The assembly directions were easy, but I suggest you enlist a friend for help. It makes the work go much faster and is useful for holding the long pieces in place while attaching everything. I could see this being a little difficult for someone with more limited mobility.
The frame itself is sturdy and arrived undamaged. The color is true to pictures and looks beautiful in my bedroom. Like others have mentioned, mine came with 12 wooden slats, not 14 as the picture shows. However, this doesnt seem to affect the structure and it doesnt look like the slats are too far apart. They look about 2.5-3 inches apart to me.
The frame makes no noise and is very sturdy. After putting my new mattress on it, I actually hopped and jumped all over it to help break it in some and the frame made ZERO noise and still looks structurally sound.
My only complaint is that this frame doesnt come in a taller profile. I like to store things under my bed and I now I have to buy flat storage bins and relocate all my things into them to fit everything underneath again.
I would buy this again.

Bought this bed for my son. It worked out really well. Easy to put together and sturdy.
