Weve had the bed for about 1.5 years. It is great! My child is now 11 and still loves it. The biggest critique in the reviews was the step rungs hurting feet, but they are fine. I even bought pool noodles at consumer suggestions but never put them on. Great Value.
This loft bed is great. My daughter lloves it. Its pretty sturdy, juat a bit wobbly. But then it is a goven since it is a bed on stilts. It has an ample amount of support to keep it from wobbling too much and hold together. It also created space for my daughters art desk and other stuff. Could be little cheaper.
It was fairly easy to assemble by myself until I got to the last connections of the main frame. Two of the holes didnt quite match up, so I loosened several others until I could manipulate the bolts into place. Then, I tightened all of the loosened bolts, alternating back and forth between them until they were all secure. That fixed the problem, but I can imagine someone not familiar with that technique to reach an impasse.
This bed is surprisingly sturdy. Other than the problem described above, I was impressed. My daughter says she really likes it. Lots of space.
Moved into a tiny room that was essentially 7 ft X 8 ft, and this bed frame saved me so much space. Was able to fit my microwave on the table and still have table space as well as put the mini fridge below the table and still had leg room. I was also about to put my tv stand with my setup to the opposite side of the table and fit my extra bins, tv, and laundry basket as well. My dad and bf assembled it within an hour. It does wiggle a tiny bit while climbing the ladder, but Im not worried cause its still very sturdy once I get on the bed. This is like the best purchase Ive ever made in general cause of how much space I was able to save and utilize for my other things. If I could give it 10 stars, I would in a heartbeat. Needs.
I have to say that this was a rather painless to build it and from what I can tell it seems solid in the sense that it will not fall apart and made from mostly material. Plus it gives you a ton of room. Only issue its it feels rickety when you are not top of the bed and I would not be sure how safe it is with more than two kids there. As long as they are not wiggle about excessively, I think it is safe enough. i might tie it to some of the studs to give it additional support but might be overkill. Only other issue was last portion with assembling the desk where it didnt have the best fit and the cork board was a bit of a challenge but overall experience not too bad. The guard rails are low with mattress so I would suggest this for only older kids that do not have tendency to fall out of bed but great for our 9 year old and he loves it. Fits.

Was easy to assemble with a second person. The frame is substantial and sturdy. Was fully assembled in less than 2 hours from start to finish. Buy It.
