My kids love this indoor trampoline.
Its very sturdy. This trampolines material is pretty thick. Doesnt take alot of space. We have it in the living room and everyone loves to get on it.
Im 54 years old and need cardio to keep piles constipation at bay. When the pandemic hit I was put on furlough and had to stay indoors for almost 4 months, my health began to deteriorate, so I began walking, everyday, but walking alone isnt what my body needed, so desperate I came up with this solution, I hold the bar and jog in place on this mini/tramp, and am experiencing what my body needs from the hop/bounce created by running on a tread mill, yet in my home in clean air. This is a blessing from God. BTW: This thing is rated at over 300 lbs, I weigh about 200 and feel comfortable on it.
I LOVE this thing! I actually want to work out and look forward to it now. I will even turn on the tv and bounce around while watching a show to get some extra movement in. I have back problems so I was hesitant at first but this is actually very low impact and has helped strengthen my back. Speaking of//it gives me a full body workout//core, legs, even arms if I move them around and dont use the bar all the time. There are also stretching and strength workouts you can find for trampolines. My husband put this together for me and he said after the initial shock of it springing out of the box, lol, he said it was pretty easy to assemble. He did say hes not so sure it will fold back down very easily, but we havent tried that yet.
Adults can work out and lose weight. Children can play as a bumper bed. Make sports and fitness more interesting! The children have a great time! Its very easy to assemble, I use it immediately after receiving it. I liked it very much and I was very satisfied. The product is as good as described by the seller.
Ive used this product lightly over the past 4 months. Maybe twice per week for some light jumping. I have not yet discovered how to collapse it on my own. One of the springs popped off last week when I moved it into my bedroom and one more is sideways. There is a loud squealing noise when I am not centered (like if I jump side to side). Im loving rebounding so Im debating on getting rid of this one and picking up one with bungees. If the noise gets worse I will definitely spring for a longer lasting model. I guess you do get what you pay for!
My kids love using this as their way to get exercise during the online school time. It is a great way to get rid of some energy! It is also fun for adults.
It was great! Our family lived in an apartment, and we were really noisy and the people below us always complain about us. The trampoline was a solution to it, we could jump without making a noise. Our kids wont run as much, and they will eat more and sleep better.

Broken after less than 3 months
I only used it for 2 1/2 months for about 15 minutes a day. I weigh nowhere the weight limit / and one of the springs broke right in half.

SPRING CAME APART after 2nd USE!
I used this twice and this spring came apart. It is so tight that I cant stretch to re/ attach. Can someone advise me how to fix this?
