UPDATED: Customer service reached out to us and we received a replacement that worked as advertised. Updating my review to 4 stars.
We purchased 2 of these, one for ourselves and one as a Christmas gift for our niece and nephew. We went to set up ours, and one of the springs was not attached. We attempted to attach it ourselves using a screwdriver as leverage. We were able to move the spring over to the hook, but the end of the spring was almost completely shut, and not large enough to go over the hook.
Weve contacted both and customer service, and done all of the troubleshooting suggestions they have made. They have not offered to replace it or have us return it at no shipping cost, despite shipping us a defective product. After this last phone call (the fourth one we have made), they just hung up on us when the last troubleshooting step did not work. I guess the expensive lesson was learned in that we should not have purchased a second one without trying the first one out. The reviews were great, so I thought it would be fine.
My husband put this together with ease. When I use it it feels very sturdy (Im approx 130 lbs). I like having the bar to hold if I need, and use it for stretching afterward as well. It is relatively but not completely quiet (I can jump with the door closed and our neighbors wont hear it). I would recommend this over the others on here that are less expensive / I think it is worth the extra little bit I paid. If you want something much quieter, Id go with one of the trampolines that doesnt have the metal springs.
Purchased for my energetic teen daughter// for fun and to help get energy out when she needs to. Great for study breaks! It was easy to assemble, and its strong. Happy as it serves exactly the purpose we purchased for// she loves it.
I bought this for my grandkids mostly but have been on it myself and am not a small person. It holds up and is great for everyone just as advertised. It is new so will have to see how long it lasts.
Couldnt ask for a better product. This thing is heavy duty can withstand a beating. Bought this for my adult son with ASD it is holding up beautifully. I also got a great deal,paid less than 80 it was delivered in record time. I may just buy another just in case my son manages to destroy it somehow.
Took me years to find a way to do cardio and strengthen my legs, I have a connective tissue disorder. This trampoline gave me my legs and my life back!
