Set up was easy. We were missing one spring. I meant to contact the seller but keep forgetting. Kids have been jumping all summer and love it. Money well spent.
High quality product with ease of instructions and minimal time for setting up. Only took two people of 1 and 1/2 hours total. Shipping only took 2 days . all boxes arrived at the same time. My grandson loves it!

My kids love this trampoline. Our only issue was in trying to get someone to come and assemble it. After 2 appointments and no one showing up, we had to doit. It actually was not as difficult as we would have thought.
I cant say anything that hasnt already been said multiple times, but this is a great deal and as high quality as Ive seen. I assembled the trampoline by myself in about 90 minutes. Sliding the foam tubes up into the net sleeves is tricky, other than that it was as easy as it could be.
Overall construction is solid and its a sturdy trampoline. The weight limit is the highest I could find and it definitely holds adults with no problem.
Two issues:
Ladder is a joke. It leans against the trampoline and has these weak little hooked ends that are supposed to keep it in place. My kids have both fallen off as it slipped out from under them.
The zipper doesnt close completely. The net is super tight which is a good thing but no matter how much Ive tried to adjust it, I cant get the zipper to close. Its like trying to fit into the jeans I wore in high school. Its just not happening.
Definitely need two people to assemble but overall a solid product.

2/year UPDATE: was aming to work with to get a replacement outer pad for the trampoline. They helped us determine which one was needed and they shipped it quickly and followed up to ensure the part was correct and undamaged.
Its very frustrating to have purchased something only to find that you are missing parts and now you have an extremely unhappy child that cant jump because there are at least 2 bags of springs missing.
