The trampoline came just as it was supposed and all boxes can at once with no damage! The trampoline was fairly easy to assemble and the kids were using it within and hour (without the enclosure net). They LOVE it!! Even my wife and myself have used it several times. I would definitely recommend this trampoline to anyone!!
P.S the net is a bit harder to put together and get setup, but after watching the video and with some help, it was up in under and hour.
P.P.S I damaged one of the legs with the lawn mower, not to the point where it cant be used but to the point that I dont want it to start rusting, and they are going to replace it for free!! Great customer service!!!!
Update: Its been almost a year since weve had this trampoline and it is still on great condition! I take it down in the winter because our winters here can be a bit extreme. Also, I had another problem with one of the bottoms (my fault) and the customer service department came through again! Truly great product and company!!!!
Awesome trampoline!!! I bought this to replace our previous trampoline by a diff company. This one is way better and cheaper. Has a really good bounce. Would def. buy again.
We have loved ours since the day we put it up. Our kids and all my nieces and nephew have enjoyed a safe and secure trampoline. Only after about a year and a half did some of the rings start to break off the mat. But I emailed the seller and within a day I was contacted and they wanted to know the exact problem. So I sent them a picture and within a week they had sent me a brand new mat. Surely a way to keep your customer.
This is a fantastic trampoline, high quality everything. My husband and son easily assembled it and my kids LOVE it. I got the net so its very safe. But heres the best part. When I needed a few parts about a year later the company could NOT have been easier to work with. Friendly. Helpful. Courteous. And I got all the parts I needed for an easy fix. I highly recommend this product and company. I wish every company had customer service like this one.
Best investment! Our daughter LOVES this trampoline. She spends hours outside! We put the sprinkler under it during the summer and its MUCH better then a pool (shes 4 so I dont have to worry she will drown) . It was a little bit of a pain to put together but only took about an hour with me and my husband.

Great construction, great materials, the essential parts are holding up well. Galvanized springs, safety poles, netting, and trampoline floor are rock solid.
We did have a problem with the safety pad cover breaking down after 2 years / the foam padding wont last when exposed to elements/sun. Contacted the company and they are sending a replacement. GREAT Customer service.
Earlier models may have had an issue with the pad and covers holding up to UV. I believe the company has updated their product with better UV stabilizer.
Ill update my review to 5 stars if the replacement cover / pads hold up as expected.
Absolutelya blast! Easy to put together. We did it in less than an hour. When it was all laid out. My husband and I set it up and bounced away. Makes you feel like a kid, great cardio and workout. Plus great for having a picnic and starging. The tarp is light and waterproof. The bounce is awesome.

We are over 50 and got this for our backyard for fun and exercise.
