I really like this bed frame! It was easy enough to assemble (only 9 steps!) and came in great shape. I did not notice any damage or scratches on any part of the frame. The material is very sturdy and I feel that it could last for a fairly long time. The color is exactly what you see in the pictures, a really nice brown. The height from the ground is also perfect (at least for me at 52) , so I think that a box spring would not be needed. Overall, very happy with this purchase!
i confess, this bed was the first self/assembly in my life ever as i recently start to live alone in the city. i was afraidwhat if I fail? so i checked through all the possible reviews of beds in almost for 3 days to find what is perfect for me / easy to assemble, no special tools required. and this turned out to be correct. from unpac to final stage it took about 1hr and 15mins. English is my 2nd language, so I took a few more minutes to read assembly guide to be careful. it has been 2 weeks so far using the bed / like other users, i also see that mattress above the frame is not perfectly fixed, but not as much as to ruin sleeping or bother you in daily life. you can have enough space below the bed to keep your travel luggages etc.
Great frame for the price. I used fasteners that i had in the shop that are a bit stronger. I glued the joints and used lock tight on the threaded fasteners. This is very sturdy. I would have been happier if the slats were arched to give a bit of spring to the bed.

Sturdy Frame
