This umbrella looks as beautiful as the one pictured. It is easy to assemble and operates smoothly. Be sure to get your weighted base ready separately prior to assembly. One small hitch, the base made for this umbrella was not available. helped us identify a compatible unit which worked perfectly.
I love this umbrella. It is well made, easy to use, and love that it pivots. We live in Florida by the water and it gets breezy sometimes and the umbrella holds up well. I purchased the umbrella two years ago and had an issue with the canopy. I contacted customer service and they were extremely helpful and resolved my issue timely. I highly recommend this company.
I ordered an offset umbrella from another company and returned it because I was not happy with the quality. I did research before buying this one. came up in every search as being noted for its well made umbrellas. It was worth every cent! The quality of the fabric is impressive. Love the wood color; very rich looking. The ribs are reinforced and sturdy, as is the pole. There were a few scratches on the pole, possibly from delivery. Contacted the seller and they offered a discount. Great customer service! A happy customer!

In a world where it seems that there is very little to no customer service, went above and beyond to make us happy.It made me look at their other items for our pool. We WILL be purchasing them again! By accident i left it open and went for my son soccer practice when it started to rain and it was very windy but umbrella was holding up great and my patio furniture stayed dried.

Im very sensitive to poorly designed and constructed products, so I am happy to say that this umbrella is extremely well designed and seems really durable. The mechanisms work very smoothly and it is easy to adjust the position of the umbrella to optimise the location of the shade as the sun moves across your patio or deck. Our deck gets a lot of cross breeze, so we were happy to see that the umbrella remained solid even when the wind kicked up. We purchased the 340 lb base as well, filling it with both sand and water, which we recommend. support has also been very responsive. We highly recommend this umbrella, and even purchased additional products after receiving it and seeing how well it was made.

It is definitely built sturdy and looks great . Unfortunately the fabric came damaged I reached out to and they came thru they sent a new umbrella out within a few days thanks to the efforts of Anna !!
