I bought 2 of the WE Furniture 70 Wood Media TV Stand Storage Console, Driftwood. Moving to a new home with no built/ins.
We really like the look of the Driftwood. The instructions were very easy to follow, 13 pages of good illustrations and assemble instructions.
They say that power tools should not be used. If you dont use a battery powered drill with torque settings it will take you hours to assemble this by hand with just a screwdriver. If you know what your doing with your drill and torque settings you will save a lot of time. You will need an allen wrench bit as well for 8 long screws.
It came with 26 wooden dowels and you were instructed to use glue on each end. Thats 52 times. The glue came in a very small tube with maybe a half a once, ran our quickly.
Even though the dimensions said 16 x 70 x 24 inches when all together the shelfs were only 13 deep. When I put my new amp on the middle shelf it hung out 2. Not what I expected.
My wife was helping removing the small round stickers to cover the cam lock holes. She gentle stuck them on the edge of the top while I was drilling in the back plastic wedges. When I went to remove them a few of them pulled the laminate off and left a few white spots. So much for the product description of durable laminate.
Both boxes came with at least one piece that was damaged. The laminate was rolling up and you could see the MDF under it. Fortunately, it was very small, and you could not see it from a distance. We just decided to live with it and not go through the process of getting a replacement piece. Remember there was 52 points of glued dowels. That would have been interesting replacing them.
Overall, we like the look and it fits our needs. For 200 bucks it was worth it.
I have to say I am so impressed with this TV stand. It was easy to set up, and looks beautiful in my living room.
I loved the fact that UPS delivered it right to my living room (its 78 lbs). Set up time took about 20 minutes.
This thing was very tedious to put together, but instructions were clear and nothing was damaged or missing. I really love the way it looks, my last stand had a glass top and doors and I wanted something more simple that didnt stick out from the wall as much. This stand is only 16 deep and looks like it was made for my Vizio P65. Love it!

Comes packaged in in a very large and pretty heavy box. Easily a two person job to move and put together, but can be done by one person with care. Everything is well packaged with styrofoam and the box even includes side protection to keep the actual pieces from light damage caused by moving. Instructions are mostly images with some text and are easy to follow as long as you take your time and pay attention to the images for piece orientation. Took about 90 minutes to put together and feels quite sturdy. Everything fit together easily and alignment of the pieces is easily 95. There is very little to none of that wobble that is usual with kit furniture. Middle shelves have the option of 3 mounting heights for storage flexibility. The low height of this TV stand positions the TV right at eye level from the couch, but does not make the TV too low. While standing the TV is below your direct line of sight, but not enough that you have to move your head down to look at it. Totally happy with my purchase!
Some of the hardware I needed for putting the TV stand together was not included in the box, so I had to request for parts to be replaced. I put in the order, so I am not sure how long it will take to arrive. Not happy that I wasnt able to finish putting it together.

Solid stand
It was a bit expensive for my taste, but it was simple to put together and it supports my 55 inch TV.
