Unfortunately the chair I received was defective and made a lot of noise. I reached out to the company and they were kind enough to refund my money. They were attentive and helpful. The chair has a very nice soft feel to it. Very spacious chair and an elegant design. Fantastic and Sturdy.
This is a very comfy and spacious chair! It also looks great in my bedroom/office! I mostly just wanted it to be big ,soft, and comfy and it checked all my boxes! I only rated it 4/5 though because I wish it reclined ,but hey, for the price its a good chair! My mom loves it.
Love everything about this chair from ease of putting together to comfort and ease of adjustments. The one thing Im not happy about is that this is definitely not the velvet that I was expecting. Im keeping it due to comfort, but disappointed In material. Its more like a polyester microfiber feel. Its pretty, just not typical velvet. Easy to set up.

Though the height adjuster on the chair lost functionally and wouldnt maintain adjusted height, the seller did communicate well with me and tried to their best ability to resolve the issue. I believe the issue was a faulty part and isolated to my chair. Over all it is a great chair and looks nice in the office. Enjoyed it.
Pros: Very comfortable. Plush, which is what i was looking for in a chair Id be spending a lot of WFH/time in. Material feels like good quality, although two months/in the bottom cushions are getting a little flattened;
Cons: the 3 stars come from the fact that it is LOUD. Pops, snaps, creaks, etc. Im a skinny guy, and every time I move in the chair, the various metal pieces in the frame are popping, snapping, creaking. Ive looked for parts that are rubbing together, but i think its where the metal frame meets the chair bottom. The bottom of the chair/seat is flexing and pops in/and/out of shape, hence the noise. Its annoying and constant. I dont think I can fix this, which is frustrating. But its damn comfortable otherwise. Its ok but smaller than expected.
I love this chair. It was easy to assembleis extremely comfortable and looks aming. Didnt gave the 5 stars becase I didnt like the silver parts of the chair which is basically the base where the wheels are located and in the arm rests. They feel cheap and hoping it eont break or oxidide. If it happens, I will provide an update. The other reason is that the back doesnt move. It doesnt bother as much but it would have been a nice to have. If you ask me, should I buy this? For the price I would say yes. I love this!
It doesnt sit fully upright so if that is what you are looking for look elsewhere. It is very comfy and rocks easily
Edit: 4 months in and the hydraulics are dying. I put the chair at highest height and it slowly lowers thru the day. A few hours in and I am at the lowest setting. It is very comfortable, but its a pain to continually reset chair height. I work from home so I sit in it 7 hours a day 5 days a week. Good product!
Assembly (easy) / Comfort (9 out of 10) / (Easy to roll around because of the 5 leg casters verses 4) / The chrome legs make the chair POP. The website pictures dont do justice to the chairs actual good looks. If this chair holds up to my 250 lb frame Ill buy 3 more. I bought it for my office but use it for dinning and office. Awesome!

Its a comfy chair!

Super Comfortable!
This chair is super comfortable and plush. Its great for people who have longer legs because the seat base is a lot longer! beautiful.
