Chair is comfortable. More cushion than the average chair for sure. Pain in the ass kind of to assemble. Wish it reclined more. Thats about it. yes we like it.
This chair is very comfortable and warm. I like a chair that can sit up, which this does except, to keep it into the upright position you use a lever under the seat and the chair is very wobbly and feels as if it might come loose. Probably usual for this type of chair although I wish it felt more solid. Other than this minor flaw I am very happy with the chair. Really good.
After sitting in it for a few weeks, it became very clear that there was zero lumbar support, so I had to buy an additional lumbar pillow//Im not a fan of having to buy a separate thing to make something work the way it should have in the first place. The newest problem is that after having it for only 7 months, the wheels have broken and now it doesnt roll, and its incredibly difficult to even scoot. Really disappointed in this purchase.
I was apprehensive since it wasnt free returns and I literally just read the reviews a couple hundred times before taking the plunge. This is an aming chair. Ive had it for a few days now and use it as I work from home. The support is aming, its so comfortable. I love that the arms can go up and out of the way. The fabric is really cozy. Assembly was easy, there was one part that threw me a bit but I figured it out. It took me maybe 40 mins by myself. Then my husband checked it out and tightened a few things that I had forgotten about, haha. I really like this chair. I will update my review if anything goes wrong! Solid and basic.
I like this thing, despite the fact that its stained with warehouse dust? Since the color I bought was beige it was really obvious, probably stained because of the ripped wrapping.
The arm rest padding are both attached to the plastic base with 2 screws, but mine, to be precise, left arm rest, one of the screw was loosen and it cannot be fixed since the drill hole for the screw is also loose.
Other than those, I cant complain, for this price its genuinely a good piece. And alot more flexible than it look. I can only imagine it being perfect if I received a brand new and not warehouse banged up chair.
So I used super glue and some tapes to fix it. Its just so comfortable I cant be bother with warranty and support or replacement. Smaller than I expected.
I was a bit nervous to order a chair online that I might not like, but it seemed to have all of the features I was looking for: Cushioned armrests that push up, comfy seat and back, and enough of a flat seat that I can get one leg under me. I always have to sit with one leg kinda up on the chair under me and the other down on the floor. Yup works great for that. And the chair itself? SUUUUPER comfy. I am thrilled with my purchase. If I ever needed to get another chair for any reason I would order this one again.
Easy to assemble. I am a woman that has put together lots of furniture over the years and this one was easy//the only challenge comes from getting the second screw to connect the arm to the chair. Lining it up is a bit tricky, but I did it without it being a 2 person job. One of the pics didnt quite match up with the actual part, but it was just easy to tell where it went. It does have a weird crack when I shift certain ways, but I think some WD40 will clear that up. Even if that never went away I wouldnt trade in this chair for anything. Nice well made.

Comfortable but needed new wheels
Once I replaced the wheels on this chair it became my favorite place to sit. So comfy! Well made, easy to assemble and useful.
