Like the chair very much, so much so that we actually purchased 4 of them. However, the casters that come with these chairs do not roll easily so you definitely need to upgrade them. We chose the rubber ones offered by on the same page as the chair is shown / the set of these casters cost 36, work very well and are worth the cost. Nice well made.
Assembly went pretty smoothly until trying to fit the back cushion in. That took some managing for just one person trying to hold things together and line up the holes for mounting screws.
But I DONT QUIT and after a few colorful words beads of sweat, I got it together and Im lovin it.
Very comfortable for my 80 y.o. bad back!! Just what I needed as a replacement for my old computer chair.

I love this chair. It was very easy to assemble, and there is a video on (and YouTube I think) on how to assemble it. It is pretty self/explanatory, and if you have ever done it at least once before, you wont have any difficulties. The chair fits perfectly in my light/grey decor. It is very comfortable, large (and Im pretty tall), and very soft so you will enjoy sitting in it in your PJS. I would have loved if its back has moved separately from the rest of the chair. This would have given this chair one more advantage over the competition but even without it it is very good. Nice product.
The first chair I ordered had a broken arm so I initiated a return. I thought I would save the seller the hassle of having another return in case the replacement chair had an issue so I waited for the new chair to arrive before shipping back the first chair. Apparently, I needed to return the first chair BEFORE the replacement chair would ship so I had to initiate another return for the same item. This was very confusing and there wasnt good communication until I sent a message to the seller. The seller assured me that a new chair was on the way and sent a tracking number when available. When the replacement chair arrived, the box was completely split open and there was a mark on the side where the base had been slammed into the cardboard. I had little hope that the chair would be ok, but was pleasantly surprised that it was perfectly fine! I love the chair and the customer service resolved my issue although there could have been clearer communication. All in all though, I am happy with the purchase and the price for this very comfortable and luxurious chair! Pretty sturdy. Good size.

About a couple weeks ago I saw that one wheel broke off the chair. I contacted the company and they immediately responded
sending me 5 new wheels. I am very happy! Really Worth it
I love this chair more than I thought I would! I had been sitting in a cheap dining room chair while I was WFM for over a year. I really like to sit with my legs crossed but I needed a big seat to be able to do that. This chair is so comfortable a plush / and its better looking that I originally thought! Highly recommend for someone who sits at a computer all day. My son loves it!!

Leave plenty of slack in arms before fitting back cushion. Then tighten all.

I love this chair! Its pretty and its comfortable and soft. And I added a blanket onto it. Perfect! Worth the money! Not so bad.
The solution to my uncomfortable seat problem

Poor quality
Chair is very comfortable. Unfortunately mine is already broken with very minimal use.
