All pieces were there. Instructions were ok but with common sense putting it together wasnt too bad. Took my boyfriend and I about 4 hours. Its more sturdy than I thought and looks very nice. Super easy to assemble and so worth the money!
Is a nice bed, but came with a lot of scratches and some damages in the wood. I emailed the company and they said the pictures are not clearly. Very disappointed Other than that, its a great product!
This bed was WELL worth the money we paid for it! It was so easy to put up with my husband and we have two wild boys and it has held up with how rough they are. I like the steps because I dont have to worry about my 5 year old falling during the night to get up amd go pee. Functional design
Just get a good mattress. We did not and that decreases my satisfaction. The kids (6 and 3) love this bunk bed and the cubbies to hide things away. The bottom trundle bed is not on a track. Its on wheels setting on the floor, so it can be a little frustrating to get it aligned so it will slide back under the bottom bunk. The assembly is time consuming, you will need space and two people at minimum. Very cute, looks just like the pictures.
We have 2 VERY tall sons and needed a twin xl bunk bed. We already had the mattresses. This was longer than a regular twin but does NOT fit the standard twin XL mattresses. We had to rebuild and reconfigure and are very disappointed. It was expensive and not what we needed but we had to make it work because we needed the beds assembled. Im just grateful my husband is handy.

Storage was correct
The bed is aming but this bunk bed only has a 3 storage draw not a 4 storage.
