I will start with the positive. The bed does seem of good quality and the look is nice.
BUT BEWARE the assembly is a nightmare!!The directions are of pictures with very few words are mostly up to your imagination. My husband and I have 6 degrees between the 2 of us and found it difficult. And, if you can figure out the pictures, good luck with parts. Many of them are stamped with incorrect labels. Still not sure we have it completely correct but it is together and looks nice. We laughed, we cried, we cursed (just kidding), but we did it. No thanks to the company.
I wasnt sure what to expect when ordering this. It really is not the easiest to assemble. Some of the hardware was mislabeled and the instructions werent the clearest, but this bed is solid and very sturdy. I was surprised and am very happy with it.
I managed to put the entire bunk bed together by myself in just a few hours, which is saying a lot for me. It turned out great and my kids love their new bunk bed! My only caveat would be that 95 of it is assembled using an L wrench its not easy on the hands basically. Also, the ladder doesnt attach to the bottom bunk at the very bottom, so it can be easily accidentally pulled out/off the bed a bit when climbing. Otherwise, this bunk bed set is well worth the cost and just as described and pictured!
Assembly needed two persons, I added wood glue to some of the assembly parts, I also needed to add height to the post because of the mattress on the pull out bed was to high making it difficult to pull out
Very heavy, not so easy to put together but the sturdiness is pretty good. Yes Id get it afain if needed. The trundle bed need a board over the slats before you put on a matress otherwise yoyr feet go sink through slats when getting down from top bunk.
Our item was damaged when we received it. Contacted seller and they quickly resolved the issue. Great customer service and the kids love their bunk beds
Im having a hard time getting ahold of anyone at the company as well . But the product doesnt seem cheap. Other than that the bed seems very sturdy, good wood, But paint job could have been done allot better.
I do like this bed. It took quite a while to put together with two people, close to 4 hours. Some of the instructions werent 100 clear but we managed to figure it out easily. There are scuffs and a few small cracks which was a little bit of a bummer but nothing that will hender the integrity of the structure. Plus kids will beat it up eventually anyway. My only complaint is the mattresses have a close to 6 gap at the ends of the bed but I dont know if thats my fault for possibly short mattresses or the bed length just being too long for a twin. The drawers could also be bigger. Overall, I feel as though it was a pretty good purchase for my two little girls.
