We purchased this bunk bed for our 6 year/old and 2.5 year/old sons. They instantly loved the bed. As parents, we were looking for a bunk bed that had storage and was safe for our children. This bed has excellent storage for both children and with the steps, it is very safe. With all the features provided however, we made some modifications to add to safety since our 2.5 year/old son is a natural climber. We added a door for the staircase so that only our 6 year/old has access to the top bunk. We also needed to add a window fence for the staircase to prevent access to the stairs through the bottom bunk. Overall, this was a perfect fit for our home and is highly recommended.
I was able to assemble this in under 2 hours, even after making a few mistakes and waiting for my wife to get home to help me lift the top bunk into place. It seems exceedingly sturdy. It supports my 170 lbs of weight without a problem on both the top and bottom. It doesnt have a lot of play when I moved it across the floor to access the side against the wall. My kid loves the storage options and the top bunk, which hes dying to try out.
I would suggest that maybe a handrail can be added? Its not a deal breaker, but it would be nice to see. None of the pieces had any blemishes or were marred, which truly amed me. The packaging waste was minimal, in my opinion, for something so large. Great bed overall with only minor issues that can be overlooked.
We recently purchased / by my mistake/ the twin over twin bunk beds. I meant to order the twin over full bunk beds. When I realized my mistake, I contacted the company and they immediately explained what I needed to do and forwarded me the necessary parts to convert the twin over twin to a twin over full. I dealt with a gentleman named Greg and he could not have been more helpful. I had a great experience with this company and the employees with whom I spoke. I would highly recommend them and their product.
Take your time when putting these together. We used wrong bolts in a couple places and had to take it half apart again to fix the mistake. Once it was all put together it was a vary nice looking bunkbed and by far the safest ones we have owned. Very sturdy and durable
I absolutely love this bed!! We had a few small hiccups with damage, but Greg was phenomenal at resolving the issues immediately. I am so impressed with this product along with the seller! I was nervous buying something so big and expensive without physically seeing it but I promise you will not be disappointed!! The quality is beyond my expectations! So very happy with this purchase! truly easy to install

I was debating on whether or not I wanted to spend so much on bunch beds for my boys or not. I am SOOOO glad I spent the extra money and got these bunk beds!!! I wanted something more solid and safe for access to the top bunk. We love that these have a stair case instead of a ladder. We feel like its safer and takes up less space! Plus it has the built in dress at the end/side of the stairs. This is a plus since the room we have is smaller. We like the drawers underneath, it adds even more storage. The directions were mostly clear, but my husband said at times he thought they were hard to follow. It did take him about 4 hours to put it together. Though he was able to do it without the need of any help! Would recommend, we LOVE them!!
