I like the design and the way the chair is built. It is FIRM like all the other reviews say, so if you are looking for a soft chair I would recommend finding another model but I personally dont think is that bad. Im going to buy a foam to put on it when we have guests sleeping over.
The assembly wasnt that easy due to some of the wholes for the screws being too tight, or sometimes it was blocked with wood scrapings so we had to unblock it first but it was fine
It came in 3 boxes so its 3 different trackings so sometimes you might receive 1 box first and the others after, like me. But the customer service was pretty good and pretty fast to answer. I needed the chair before the said delivery date because I was going to be out of town and I didnt want a package sitting in front of my door so they shipped super fast. I got everything within 6 days from ordering
Better than expected We love this product. We purchased it for our midbunk room in our camper and it is perfect. Our son loves sitting on it when he is watching TV and it is the perfect size bed, much wider then you think. We did have an issue with some rods breaking which caused the cushion to sink. Customer Service was amazing, after writing to them and spending pictures they not only apologized for this happening, they truly stand behind the product and replaced it with a brand new one. They remained in constant contact with us through the whole replacement process. We would definitely purchase the product again and other furniture from this company.
Very comfortable, worth the money I liked that my husband brought the box inside! That being said.. it is heavy.!

As far as assembly, there is none. Just follow booklet on how to unfold it.( actually if you just played around with it, you dont even need a book)
I like how it can stay in a chair form for extra seating and that the back adjusts.
I just have it in a spare room for when my friend visits.. i do have a mattress topper for it because it is pretty stiff.
But considering a sofa sleeper or this chair, ottoman, bed. The chair won hands down especially if you do mot have much space. Perfect!

Was disappointed in the delivery service, it sat for almost 3 days only 10 minutes from my house. Somewhere in delivery, it was dropped on the corner, so hard, that it busted the box and put a small rip in the fabric of the chair.
It wont disappoint! Moved into a new empty apartment this filled the gap perfectly before buying a new bed. I have no patience assembling anything, it was just as advertised I took it out of the box and moved the pieces around . very comfortable Ill eventually make it a cube and keep it in bedroom. This product was a excellent purchase.

Then sofa is sturdier and more comfortable than expected. I had a sofa bed in the past but this one is much better. The best thing is that I dont need to put it together. It is ready to use! Soon I took off the packaging putter box, it is all assembled. My cat loves it already thats why shes the first one on the sofa. Although the sofa frame is made of metal, it has 4 little footies to prevent scratches to my wooden flooring which I like a lot. It is wide enough for sit for 2 people but maybe fit only one person at a time to sleep on it. It conserves space when it is not used.
Cons:
- pillow is included, however, it might not be have enough elevation. Sometimes after my quick nap on it, I woke up with stiffed neck.
- the courier needs better communication for shipping updates. At first I thought my sofa is lost because there wasnt shipping transit history showing. I have to reached out to the seller and they helped me locate the the sofa.
