We had an issue with one part of the trampoline but customer service immediately responded to my email and sent out a replacement part. They have great customer service and the trampoline is great. Nice solid build quality and very easy to put together (by myself).

In the manual it says to not jump when it is wet. But yet they sent a coupon for a free sprinkler attachment for the top of the trampoline? Im confused. Too many parts. Assembly is a pain.

Great present for our daughter for Christmas. Easy to assemble, my husband was able to put it together by himself in about 2 hours

Prefect Trampoline for Kids
Great product for the kids. 12ft. Is a good size for 2 kids to jump on. Easy to setup (approx. 1 1/2 hrs) and hours of fun!
