The thing I dont care for is I cant have top cover that overlaps very far. They say it might get caught in moving parts. Oooo, its soooo nice to get up in the morning without hurting. Love it
Im usually asleep within a few minutes of getting in bed. I usually set the massager for 30 minutes as it helps relax my back and other muscles. I have autoimmune disorders that affect my joints and often makes my body ache. I do feel it has provided me with some pain relief so I can sleep better. It has also been helpful with reflux and elevating a knee Im waiting to have a knee replacement on. My daughter also recently bought one and she told me the snore position has made her boyfriend quit snoring and it has helped with her pain issues.
I recommend this bed to everyone but especially for those with medical issues. It doesnt necessarily solve them but gives you a more restful sleep.
I like the under bed light as it helps me to make my way to the bed after turning out the main light. I do wish it would stay on longer
I purchased the L100 Adjustable Bed Base Steel Frame in March 2019. It was very easy to assemble had worked flawlessly… until recently. In November 2021 I was no longer able to use the remote control to raise and lower the foot of the bed. It had just stopped working. However, raising and lowering the head of the bed continued to work normally.
I contacted support by email and explained my problem. I asked if I could purchase a replacement motor for the foot of the bed. They responded right away asking that I send them pictures and video demonstrating the problem. I did as they asked and they diagnosed the problem as being a failed bed motor at the foot of the bed – which they quickly sent to me at no charge.
Unfortunately, after replacing the motor, the problem persisted. I again contacted support and they said that with the foot-of-the-bed motor ruled out, the problem must be the head-of-the-bed motor assembly (which has a built-in wiring harness to which the foot-of-the-bed motor connects). And again, they quickly sent the replacement to me at no charge – and that fixed the problem.
In an age when good customer service has largely disappeared, my experience with was as unexpected as it was tremendous.
I highly recommend this product and this company.
This bed has been perfect for managing the medical needs of my brother-in-law.
No additional devices or supports are necessary to keep his parts in order.
The previous incline setup I used was cumbersome and required becoming accustomed to sleeping on.
Smooth operation, though I note that the load lifting his upper body weight from fully flat seems to over-match the system, so I dont do that. Partial lifts and drops are great and work for me. The knee lift is flawless.
Ease of setup... I had my brother come over to help. We unboxed it, unfolded it, slapped the feet on it, and plugged it in. About 10 minutes. I had expected page after page of slot a should align with peg b next to the small hole. Ive been wearing the chagrin ever since.
Its not a hospital quality bed. Dont expect that. But I think I can expect this inexpensive solution to my challenges to last for a long time.
I paired it with a hybrid mattress and it is wonderful.
Love this wireless bed platform. Has many different settings. Some are preset but you can change to your preference any time. 1 month and everything works great.
UPDATE - After a lot of back and forth with customer service, the frame is now working and we have used it serval nights and really like it! The only thing I would say is if you want individual customization go with a different option. My husband doesnt want to use the foot adjustment so we dont but I think that would be comfortable. If we had gotten one that each side worked independently, we could have done that. Didnt even think about it.
ORIGINAL REVIEW - Well, it took more than the 5 minutes like they claim to set up. There was no indication what the top or bottom was on the frame which would have made things so much easier. Also seems like it should collapse in the reverse so that you can screw feet on outside and then just unfold. Instead, you have to open, stand up and screw feet in and then lay it down. We finally got everything set up and plugged in and it doesnt work so that was disappointing and means I cant actually rate its usefulness. Right now I basically have an overpriced box spring. Waiting to hear from customer support. Will update once more info available.

This is the second one I have purchased loved the first so much had to get another for spare room.
