Had a defective part but the manufacturer worked to get a new part sent out. once I got the new part I was able to assemble the desk quickly. I love the look and it is a very comfortable desk.
Extremely happy with this purchase. I have two laptops and two monitors with pole mount on it and its working well. Dont want to sound like Im complaining here but the table top is a two piece that youll assemble into one. It crackles when I lean on it so I think one whole piece would have been a better design.
I purchased this desk in September but left it in the box for a couple of weeks while I reorganized the area where I wanted to put it. So finally, I decided to put it together. The outside package/ box was very beat up with the seams of the box split and the corners smushed. There was a lot of extra packing tape put on after the fact to hold it together. I figured it was heavy so it probably got mangled a bit during shipping. So I continued to open the box and noticed a sticky liquid inside the box and a very strong smell of Maple Syrup! The desk parts are mostly well packaged in plastic and foam, so the syrup was mostly on the packaging, but this has to be the strangest thing I have found spilled in a box / especially since it was a desk and not a food order! So after cleaning up the syrup, I realized that there were a couple of direction sheets to put together the drawer and the tray for the power strip, but nothing on how to put the desk itself together. I did attempt to contact the seller, but being impatient, I decided to attempt to put it together on my own. Altogether, it took around an hour to build it and it was fairly easy to do. Even with the smushed outside packaging and the surprise maple syrup, the desk itself had no damage. I do think it would have taken less time to put together if the directions would have been included.
Its only few days, but all in all this standing desk seems working for me. I like the nice storage box and cable organizer box. The up/down seems just fine. The hard part is with assembly, the paper instructions were bit misleading which make me to undo and redo the top board. Also the layout ended up with having switch board on left side as opposed to right side as given in images or instructions. It took me around 3hrs to finish the installation in total.
This standing desk came exactly as described. The instructions were clear and detailed, which is uncommon for many assembly required items. I have only been using for a short time, but I really like the flexibility this standing desk provides to my work area. The multiple preset heights allow me and my wife to both have settings to our personal preferences. Highly recommend for home offices!

Semi defective part
Desk works now but I had to dremel out one of the screws on the sync rod. Customer service still didnt get back to us after 2 weeks.
