First, I love the desk. However the top is NOT one big desk, its split into two parts. Look at the photos! I bought this thinking it would be one large desktop. Worse is its right down the middle so the computer mouse without a mouse pad doesnt work well.
This desk is so beautiful and Im glad I opted for this one. the rustic walnut nicely accents my rustic furniture. But my real review will be the customer service. I was honestly not expecting such excellent service, but they shot it out of the ballpark. I had a manufacturing issue with my desk. I was really bummed because the desk is beautiful and I really needed it quickly. I was skeptical that the issue would be resolved with an online retailer. Let me tell you, went above and beyond standard customer service to resolve my issue QUICKLY and efficiently. They even expedited the replacement item directly from China and I got it in only a few business days. This is is EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! I highly recommend. And also, the desk is beautiful, sturdy, great quality, well made, and the hydraulic performance is excellent.
Received the box barely held together by packaging tape. Like other comments suggest, the legs and mechanical aspects seem to be decent quality / however the particle board top portion is disappointing. If you dont screw in properly, you risk having a screw hole that will no longer be tappable. 48 was too small for a 3 monitor setup. I dont anticipate that this would last more than a couple years. Will most likely be returning, a shame since I was looking forward to this.
Desk easy to assemble with help from wife. Perfect size to fit into a slot in our bedroom. Have used the up and down feature to ease back during all day meetings. Good quality and nice looking. Wife approved of my choice.

I really like it. It makes it east to program and my body likes me more because I get the stand up sit down balance
