I initially received a table where the motor and control pad did not work. The table itself is sturdily built and functionally styled. Installation was easy but the motor did not start at all. I read and re/read instructions and followed them, checked my power source etc. but the motor did not make a sound and the table would not lift. I contacted by email at Service.com and heard back the next day, asking for more details. I immediately contacted Customer Service by email ( no phone service available to call for help with troubleshooting). It took a couple of emails to clarify and provide photos of my issue but made good by sending me a new desk for free within 10 days. It works smoothly now without a hitch. This company is offering this table as a reasonable market price point and as it works to improve quality control, I believe this will be a top contender in the market with other tables like the one from .
Love it! Its sturdy, it has 4 settings, and its easy to assemble. The drawer is more of a box than a drawer should consider a keyboard tray instead. Great quality for the price!!!
It was easy to put together until you got to the part where the rod attaches to the motor and dont try calling our reading the instructions for guidance because it was not available. But I plugged the motor in and made the adjustment and I was able to continue with the assembly. Piece of cake after that little hiccup. What was expected based on the price.
Desk not only looks very nice but is real sturdy. The desk was easy to put together, and instructions were good. It was much easier to put together than I had thought. The drawer is nice but looks a little out of place with the desk. The cord hider bracket was a bonus. Easily a great value recommendation.

My New Years resolution was to stop sitting, so I researched standing desks and settled on this one. It was well/reviewed, and by far the least expensive option I could find.
The desk arrived on Dec. 31//just in time for me to make good on my resolution. It was easy to put together. The only issue is that my delivery was short by two screws, so I havent yet installed the drawer. But it came together very easily, and it looks great.
The desk is fully , with space for four presets, so you can have one for standing, one for sitting, one to elevate your camera to get a better angle for video conferencing, and a fourth for anything else that youd need.
Its very sturdy, and when the motor is adjusting the height, its completely stable. You can have a nearly full cup of coffee on the table, or a desk lamp, and you dont have to worry about any of that toppling or spilling while adjusting the height. I toyed with the idea of getting a desk lamp with a clamp for the new desk, but I didnt want to mar the finish. In retrospect, I dont think I needed to worry. Though I got the rustic wood finish, its laminate (but still looks terrific//youd never know until you touch it and find that its completely smooth), so I dont think a clamp would actually hurt the finish. But since the desk is so stable, theres no issue having a stand/alone desk lamp.
In order to use the cord management tray, Im going to need a power strip with a longer cord. Right now, my cord situation is a bit of a mess, because my power strip needs a longer cord.
But overall, Im thrilled with the desk. Im standing at it right now, as I type this review. For the money, you really cant do better. And looking at some of the reviews for desks that are four times as expensive//why would you pay more than you have to?

Very pleased with the product and the customer service support. The desk had some tech issues initially, so I emailed about the issues. The team was very responsive via emails and ensured the issue s resolved completely. I was very surprised with the excellent quality of customer service despite of email based service.
Loved that overall it was very easy to assemble looks great! It is very fun satisfying to push the buttons and have it move smoothly! The memory buttons are so nice for pre/set levels. It does get marked very easily with finger prints so I bought a desk mat rather than a mouse pad but it only added to the decor
The size of the table was perfect. The only issue is that the screws dont go in all the way so every piece thats screwed in is just dangling. Nothing is still. I dont know why the instructions say to not screw it in all the way. We tried to keep screwing it but doesnt let you. You just have to makeshift and tape the pieces hanging to the bottom of the table. If theres another route, please let me know!!!!
The desk is packaged VERY well. The box took a couple hits during shipping, but youd never know it from the amount of padding in it. Instructions were okay; not great, but Ive assembled enough things to figure it out. I didnt get any instructions for the drawer or the cord management in the back, but again, simple enough.
All in all, a nice standing desk at a good price.

Excellent stand up desk

Screws dont go in all the way, leaving all pieces dangling
