Downside is a few of the screws wouldnt screw all the way and ended up getting stuck and wouldnt come out.
They are on the top side so it isnt that bad but being a military family and about to pcs I have no idea how the movers are going to deal with this.
I contacted the company and they paid me full refund to keep it which was very generous. Lets hope the movers dont destroy the bed trying to take it apart.
Its a solid frame and its pretty nice, but if you dont put the screws in perfectly straight, they strip immediately. I now have 3 screws stripped because of it. If that wasnt a problem, I would give it 5 stars. Not as easy as people say.

Very easy to assemble! I bought this bed for my teenager. She loves it. We get compliments on it all of the time. It is a very nice piece. And the price is unbeatable. The assembly was a little difficult, but we managed. I am considering buying another as a gift for a family member! Love it.
Disclaimer / the canopy area is NOT meant to hold ANY weight. My 12 year old son attempted to hang from the canopy and it bowed a bit. I wouldnt recommend using this in a room with rowdy kiddos.

Great buy
Takes up less space. I love it, everything is wonderful. My husband decided to take all day to put it up but it was worth it.
