I needed something to replace a couch in my living room. After much deliberation I decided two chairs would be a better fit than a new couch. These were in my price range and matched the rest of my current furniture. Plus; they’re a cat magnet. Both my cats have fell in love with these chairs in a matter of minutes. I’m not sure I’m even going to be able to use them for myself.
The assembly was a joke. If you can screw in 4 legs you can put these together. It took me all of 5 minutes to put both chairs together. 10 if you include taking them out of the box.
Once assembled they also seem pretty sturdy. I don’t foresee them falling apart in the near future.
The only things that should bring you pause fall under comfort. First of all, these are NOT tall chairs. They are more child sized. 5’3 me fits in these perfectly; I sat in them for hours and they didn’t bother me at all. Someone taller may not find them comfortable for long periods of time.
Secondly, they are on the firmer side. Now, I prefer soft to medium cushioning and still think these chairs are great. Granted, I was looking for something on the medium to firm side to give my back a break from my antique couch with the worn out springs.
The only reason I would consider not buying these chairs again is that they DO NOT stand up to cat claws well. One of my cats left strings and pulls in the fabric after barely scratching it. She has not done this to any other furniture after giving it the same, if not worse, treatment.
I absolutely love these chairs for my new sitting room. I don’t know if they’d be comfortable for long use, but we use this room to watch the sunset and house my home office so it’s fine for someone to come sit in the room with me for an hour or two. They are solid and beautiful with a mid-century touch.
Definitely read the measurements of height and width. Pictures are very deceiving. This sofa is tiny like for a kid. I sat in it my knees almost can touch my chest. It's a very pretty decorative piece tho.
Handsome gray tweed chair. A little stiff to push back for reclining. The Back goes back when foot rest goes up. I need a pill behind me because the seats is deep. All in, we like this chair.
I love the color, it can go light blue or turqoise. Very easy to assemble and its a perfect size for a small space. I love the style, looks like something I love Lucy would have. You will not be disapointed

This is a nice looking chair and fairly confortable for the price. It's a little short for how your head rests, so I wouldn't think of this as the comfy chair by any means, but it looks pretty good and works as a chair. I've attached a photo and for reference I'm 6'3.
