I bought this console table thinking the top was a grey as it looked like in so many of the pictures. After it arrived it is a very dated dark oak color. Not what I was hoping for at all. very disappointed.
I had some trouble with assembly; but i figured it out eventually - it was an all day event. It sort of wobbles from side to side but it holds quite a bit of weight and i dont think its going to break any time soon ive had it for a few months now and everything is fine. Id buy again.
The table was easy enough to assemble, and seems pretty sturdy. The top was a little lighter than I wanted, so I added a thin coat of gel stain. Now, its perfect!
Were very pleased with the Tucson Deluxe 2 Tier Console Table. It didnt take long to assemble and it was the exact size that we needed. All of the predrilled holes were in the correct locations. The only thing that you have to watch out for during assembly is to make sure that you properly distinguish between the top two horizontal bars from the two bottom ones: the predrilled holes are positioned differently on the bottom from those towards the top. The only other tool that youll need to assemble the console table that doesnt come with the table is a Phillips screwdriver.
It looks nice. Definitely not going to move it from its spot, its pretty flimsy. A piece of one of the legs broke off so easy, like its soft. It came off without me even noticing.
So overall it looks good, but it was a nightmare to assemble. No response from customer service regarding directions and just a bunch of parts in a box.. BOO!
