very comfortable and remarkably sturdy/well built for the low low price, fabric is soft and sort of velvety, in bright light the brown takes on almost a deep purple hue, looked bad in my living room but I am using it in my master bedroom suite and it looks great, my son has slept on it and I can lay on it (511) Im enjoying it so far!
This couch was actually for my son. He lives in a small studio apartment and this couch was very easy to put together and fits in there very well. Even though he is 6 tall, he finds it comfortable enough to sit or lay down on. So far Im super happy with it!
First of all, the one box thing was aming. I kept thinking something has to missing. Easy to put together it took 1/2 hr. It actually looks like a love seat just a little longer, the thing I dont like is that the seat is short, and Im only 55 and the seat cushion doesnt come to the back of my knee. When i lay down i just can barely fit. So if your taller than 55 your going to have a problem. Im going to need one more just to have company.Other than that its a very nice chair. It appears to be quality material, considering it came out of one box! Nice style and color
The couch is good, decently comfortable, and was easy to put together, but it came in one box instead of two. I bought it specifically because it said it came in two boxes, and I knew I would have to get it up a flight of stairs by myself. The one box was good for shipping, because I didnt have to worry about getting only one box and having the other go missing, but Im 51 and had to get this 110 pound box that barely fit through the doorway up a flight of stairs. Two boxes (like it said) would have been easier. Looks so good!
I just received my sofa and have to say impressed. It was delivered on time and in good condition. I bought this sofa for a Class A motorhome to replace some chairs. It was desirable because of being able to fit it in the door which is only 24. Assembly was very easy, did it myself, Im a 51yr old female. The 4 star is because I dont feel like the bottom cushions that are vacuumed packed fill out the case the way they should. Maybe time will help them reach their full size, but as for now cases are slightly baggy. This is a firm sitting sofa, but is not uncomfortable. Could accommodate a sleeper if back cushions are removed. Color is exactly as shown. For the money it is well worth it. By trade I am an Interior Designer so I am beyond picky. This met my expectations and measurements were dead on. Just remember, it is a small, assembly sofa that comes it one box, it is what it is. Overall, good buy and style for the application I used it in. Very nice quality and looks nice.
Choose this sofa after looking for a long time for just the right seat. I didnt want to plop down 800, sit on a futon, pay 120 for delivery, get something cheesey looking, be cramped in a 60 loveseat, or have the delivery guys not be able to get it in my placelike with my prior purchase from a big store. Who knew sofa shopping was such a nightmare!
This sofa was the perfect solution! The price was great and shipping was free!!! It came in a large box that could certainly fit up my condo stairs and around the tight hallway corners, so no problem getting it in. Assembly was easy. (Note: The instructions are uneccesarily complicated. Just look at the pictures. If youve done IKEA furniture, this one is a breeze.) Once put together, it is incredibly secure and sturdy. The chocolate color is just as pictured, the microfiber fabric can easily be wiped down with a damp cloth, the cushions and padding are comfortable and firm, and the length/height/width is perfect / already napped on it.
The only thing is this: It is heavy as all get out. But who wants a light sofa? Please do not believe that video in terms of them carryig it. That box was empty! The Fed Ex guy I had was average size, but carried it in his arms, and I swear he was Hulk. The first Fed Ex person had to call him for back up! That said, two teenagers and I got it up three flights of stairs and I burned off about 3lbs sweating in the process.like boot camp pushing and pulling.so its good for shedding a little weight too
Bottom Line: Youll be happy with it! Just bring two friends (or my Fed Ex guy) to help you carry/push/shove/pull it if you have stairs. Loving it so far!
Nice edition to the living room. Yes there is a slight smell as others have stated but its not that bad. Relatively easy to out together so overall Im pleased. Super disappointing
