The Trinidad arrives at your door in a large box that apparently is far too intimidating for a FedEx employee to bring inside. Fortunately, the pieces themselves arent too heavy should you need to destroy the box on your sidewalk and carry them in one at a time.
Assembling the couch is about as easy as couch assembly can get for humans. If you can twist things and have a vague understanding of how to line up holes, youll be done in no time.
Now Ive seen a few reviews that say this isnt a very comfortable couch. But like many things, its all about how you approach it. It took me all of a minute to find a comfy seating position on the Trinidad, and now its just as effective as more expensive, cumbersome couches.
But one point I will agree is that this isnt a great laying down couch. Youll definitely need some comfier pillows than the ones they give you, but hey, its nice of them to throw the swanktastic pillows to start with.
The couch does what couches do well enough, and at the end of the day, you can say yup, I built a couch once in casual conversation and not be lying. very sturdy and stylish
It looks nice and well made. Putting It together was easy, However I cant help but feel like its going to split in two if someone sits hard down on it. Its two pieces that you hook together! But Over all its nice Not 350 nice, which is what I paid. But If they sold it for 200 it would be a good deal I love it.
After reading the reviews most positive with a few negatives I decided for the price it was worth it. The sofa arrived quickly four days earlier than suggested which was great. It was fairly easy to put together (kind neighbor did most of the work) its nice looking good color and soft material. It isnt however comfortable at least not as much I would like, sits high and back cushions are too puffy to sit back, the sofa looks nice and seems of good quality. I now understand the negative comments regarding comfort, theres no way you can curl up and read a book in it. Again it looks very nice and honestly it looks like it cost more than it did but the design seems flawed for cozy seating.
I ordered the 73 inch one, its really more a love seat than a sofa. Im hoping the sofa will become more comfortable as it is used because as of now no way to relax on it. For show its great for comfort not so much. It looks nice
