I love this bed and was iffy on getting it but I read the reviews and was happy so I ordered. It did take a little bit to get here which I expected but the end piece of my bed was missing 2 screw holes entirely. I was able to make it work mainly cause i dont want to wait any longer but im sure that will effect how sturdy this bed is over time. A little disappointed but it will do.
I really struggled to decide on a one or two star review for this bed frame. Here are the issues Ive had with assembly:
1)The brackets for the main piece of the headboard are off so it doesnt sit flush as pictured. I double-checked to see if I had put it on backwards but the mounts on the top are welded inside the frame, whereas the mounts on the bottom are even with edge.
2)The side frame was completely painted over the mounting holes. Or the screws. Either way it wasnt going together with the Allen wrenches provided. If I didnt have a power drill on hand to drill out the holes a bit, it wouldnt have come together.
3) A few of the slats were just a few millimeters short of fitting correctly. I may be knit picking at this point, but I was already so frustrated with this product that I didnt care.
The bed is put together and almost looks as good as the pic on . Almost. That and not wanting to go through the hassle of boxing it back up are the only reasons Im probably not sending it back.
A 5 Star product in my mind but to another consumer this is what I will say. It sits kinda low, and the bed frame is a bit bigger than my queen size mattress which is a bit odd? I personally dont mind it because I have a super fluffy comforter and it fills the gap between the base board and the mattress perfectly. The instructions are a bit wonky but I never was led astray. Be careful with how tight you instal initial bolts, everything is measured out perfectly. That was my mistake at the end. The corners are pretty sharp too but they give you bump pads to use if you want that, or have a toddler at home

Its been 12 days. Customer service responded immediately to my message and did everything possible to make this right. As no pieces were available at the warehouse, they had them shipped from the factory. They gave me a partial credit back for the hassle, and then sent me 4 new pieces (2x 1, and 2x 2, just in case the stickers were wrong again). Luckily they were the right pieces.
They were in constant communication with me, provided me with Fed-Ex tracking information, and so Im revising my review from 3 to 5 stars.
The bed is comfortable, sturdy, nice looking - and despite the initial problem - later solved, the customer service was excellent.

I really like the visual aspect of the bed. Minimal, nice colors, works for our room. Read the good reviews. I consistently order with , so trust it overall.
Received the bed earlier than anticipated, which was nice.
However, my husband started assembling the headframe, went great, easy.
But when it came to the base mattress frame, he realized that the pieces didnt match the instructions and were non-reversible due to the design and measure - or we would have just flipped them. Cant do it. (We later realized they in fact sent 4x 2.
The ledge to hold the slats is not exactly in the middle, so you have to have 2x piece 1 and 2x piece 2, in order to have the same height from side to side for the latte distributions. If we try to flip the pieces, then the ledge of one side would be lower, putting the mattress at a slant down to the right or the left. Not level.
Putting three stars for now, and will review again.
Have contacted the seller requesting to correct the two pieces we need to correct this; and am hoping for a quick turnaround and good customer service. If this is resolved, I will update with positive feedback and raise the stars, or if they are non-responsive, I will update as well so others can avoid the same experience.

Its a great bed. Nice and sturdy. It would have been a quick to assemble if I didnt have to take things apart after putting it together because I found one piece was backwards. The directions are horrible which is why the 4 star rating.
I wanted the shelfs thinking it would be a good place to put the remotes. However, the shelf makes a great place for the cat to run across and knock the remotes off. So no using the shelfs for us but if you dont have crazy cats they would be perfect for remotes or some nice smaller decorations.

Great bed but directions are horrible
Its a great bed. Nice and sturdy. It would have been a quick to assemble if I didnt have to take things apart after putting it together because I found one piece was backwards. The directions are horrible which is why the 4 star rating. I wanted the shelfs thinking it would be a good place to put the remotes. However, the shelf makes a great place for the cat to run across and knock the remotes off. So no using the shelfs for us but if you dont have crazy cats they would be perfect for remotes or some nice smaller decorations.
