UDPATE: The company reached out to us promptly offering solutions. They were very kind and made sure we were satisfied with our solution. Unfortunately, they could not send a specific replacement piece and we needed a quicker solution than shipping back and receiving a whole new bed. We took a partial refund as we decided to keep the bed and DIY a fix.
We filled the holes with wood filler, but because it is particle board it didnt hold well enough even after letting the holes dry for 2 days. So we ended up Gorilla Gluing the metal piece to the board along with screwing it in. We decided to use it as a headboard (the head and foot are interchangeable.
All in all the bed is very sturdy and the frame looks good. One side is a a little squeaky no matter how much we tighten it, but Im sure that can be remedied with some oil.

Bed came with broken head or foot board. Couldnt assemble and therefore can not attest to how good this product is. I would like a replacement if possible, is only offering a refund with return. Its going to be hell trying to repackage and return this heavy object. We already disassembled our old bed. Well be sleepy on the old mattress on the floor tonight. Smh.
I was astonished by how nicely this bed frame looks once put together. It looks like we dished out tons of money to compliment our rustic aesthetic, when really it was a couple hundred dollars. The only issue we have had is a bit of squeaking. Lol. Otherwise its a fantastic purchase and has held up very well!
We recently moved and decided to upgrade our queen to a king so we can have more space to starfish while we sleep. Obviously we needed a bed frame but so many great quality ones were way out of our budget and the cheaper ones were well, cheap we took a chance with this one and thankfully so because its amazing! It sits low so we dont have to climb into bed but there is sooo much space underneath, making it perfect for larger storage boxes! As your average idiot, I was able to set it up by myself with no issues. Its incredibly sturdy as well, trust when I say we tested that very thoroughly lol. PLUS doesnt squeak or creak when you move around or get up! Highly recommend this bed frame!!
My neighbor had to help me get it into the house and I had to take it up the stairs piece by piece, because it is HEAVY. That being said, it is very easy to put together and the materials are well made. Beautiful piece!
This bed frame was really easy to assemble. I weigh about 115lbs and my partner is about 240lbs. The bed frame is structured very nicely; but it does creak from time to time.
Update: I rechecked and I did find one really lose bolt being the culprit. Bed is now perfect!
I saw the listing of this bed being quiet and not squeaky, I checked the weight limits which is well over anything we would surpass, this seemed to check all the boxes. It is certainly a cute bed frame, but it does certainly squeak after while, even after using WD40 and making sure the bolts are tightened. I do enjoy the frame but the noise is still there even after being advertised as being noise-free.
My husband put this together and it was easy for him to assemble, but time consuming. It looks really good with our new bedspread and somehow matches our nightstands.
This bed was so easy to assemble! We had 2 people and it was very manageable- had it put together in less than 45 minutes. The directions arent great as they are just pictures, but you can figure it out pretty easily. Make sure you check the center support beams so you have the holes lined up and can use the correct screws- we had ours on backwards and the screws didnt fit. Its incredibly sturdy and well built. There is plenty of clearance to store things under it. Overall very happy with this purchase!

Decent Bed, but it absolutely is squeaky and noisy.
