The customer service is fantastic. They saw my review and they sent a new base and new cushion to try to resolve the complaint I had. They were kind and professional and really wonderful. The chair is still wobbly ( see video) but it is what it is at this point. I am so happy with the cust serv that I added a full 2 stars bc of them alone. The chair itself is overpriced for what you get but overall it isnt a bad chair.
I really like how wide it is. Honestly I purchased it solely bc of its width. The color is pretty. But manI hate the sharpness of the feet . If you even barely gre it it will lay you opensee picture. It also tilts to the left and it is hard on the seat.like hard.I can feel the bar through the bottom ( well not the actual bar its the metal plate that supports the bar.) I have had it two months so I cant return it.Struggle.
The Padded Armless arrived well packaged and it was easy to assemble. The chair can be assembled with one person, however, it will be a lot easier with two. Overall the chair took about 10/15 minutes to assemble and the materials are good quality. I was expecting the chair to tilt a bit more but overall I am satisfied and happy with the purchase. Very functional.
Love this chair. Easy to put together super comfortable. I was hoping by looking at the pictures that this chair is not indeed YELLOW. Why did they call it that color? Its a creamy beige with gray and yellowish fibers . Certainly wouldnt call it yellow. Love this chair! Great price and somewhat durable.
I LOVE this chair! I have been home for 2.5 year at this point and we wont be going back to the office until January (only 2 days a week). It was time for me to invest in a proper desk chair instead of a dining chair. This chair meets all of my expectations! There is a lot of padding to the seat and it is very comfortable. I love that there are or arm rests but it still allows for a swivel/tilt feature. I wish I invested in this sooner! Looks nice and sturdy.
I have used this chair for about two weeks. This chair is comfortable, the height and back position can easily be adjusted. The chair is heavy and hard to move without concerted effort by someone sitting in it, but once I put felt pads on the feet it slides more easily on the wooden floor. The fifth star is missing because the height adjustment lever is hard to reach under the extra/wide seat and there is some play on the base between the piston and the seat which is noisy and feels unsolid, but otherwise I recommend it. easy assemble, exactly as expected, space saver.

Ive noticed that it makes a squeak sound when I get out of it, so Im wondering if I didnt tighten something correctly (or maybe I over tightened something). It is a chair I use for remote work from home. Im 58 and I find that the seat is just wide enough for me to sit cross legged in it. Looks solid, easy to assemble.
The chair has a great look and is nice and wide. Its comfortable to sit in, but after sitting for a while, its not super comfortable. The seat part could use more padding for sure. So Id say if youre planning to sit in it all day for work or something keep that in mind. For shorter periods of time its great! Perfect!!

Stylish and Comfortable For All Sizes

Assembled the chair with 8 screws, took minutes. The chair is great for big people who want to have some space to get comfortable. Super.
