Good but could be a little more comfortable

Its a good chair. But not super comfortable. Hurts my butt. Might have to buy a pillow that will help alleviate that.

Satisfied with the product, didnt check that the back was not adjustable, but overall good product

Work from home, and the only think I didnt like is that the back is not adjustable, my fault because I was assuming that the option was included.

    Recommend

Was simple to put together. I use a memory foam seat and back cushion set with it. It slightly tilts back and lowers and raises with ease. It also fits under my desk raised all the way up. Would recommend.

Very happy with the chair after finally assembling it.

Six months prior to my retirement and after 45 years sitting at a desk in the workplace my department was given new chairs with ergonomic mesh backs. It was literally the most comfortable office chair I had ever sat in. Now I purchased a new desk to work at home and I ordered this chair to go with it. I opened the box, matched all the assembly hardware with the list provided, read the instructions and then set out to put it together. Step 1 was screwing the arms to the back piece. Since the screws have a hex head I chose to use my own hex head screwdriver instead of the little tool that comes with the kit. Nothing should be easier than installing 4 screws, but after an hour of trying I couldnt get the threads to engage in the holes. I gave up and went to bed. Next day I decided to try using my flathead screwdriver instead of the hex head and it worked like a charm! Thereafter I proceeded to put the rest of the parts together and it went very smoothly. Lastly I went around and tightened all the screws down and now the chair is very sturdy and fits my body very comfortably. The only thing I dont like is the 4 little finishing caps that youre supposed to snap on over the screws on the back of the chair to hide the screw heads, but they dont fit tight and fall off. Minor problem. Ill get some glue to get them to stick.

    Not even.

For me, it was very easy to assemble. However, when I completed assembling, one armrest is slightly higher than the other armrest. Otherwise, its okay with that one exception being a problem for me.

    Best bang for your buck.

I had an old chair that was very heavy and it stopped going up and down. Got this and its very light, easy to use, great on my back. Doesnt mark up the hard wood floor.
