Its exactly as they advertise it to be. I am a light person (115lbs) and I was looking for something small to put in the basement and run. However, my husband who is 180lbs has been using it as well without problems. The only thing that I didnt like is that it shows KM and not Miles. Not a major problem. Worth the money
For the price its well worth it. Easy to assemble. Calorie counter seems to be off. Otherwise I use it daily and I do run on it mostly instead of walking.
Easy to assemble so no need to pay for installation since its only 3/4 steps. Its decent in size and perfect for small spaces, the only thing I didnt like is the volume of the speakers for music but overall it doesnt affect the machines performance. Great purchase for the money!!!
Purchased this treadmill from Walmart.
The set up/assembly was very easy, only took 10 minutes. but nowhere in the manual does it say that you were to add in the lubricant as part of the set up process. So I didnt know, and so after assembly when I tried to start up the machine by pressing Start, the belt didnt move. It just beeped at me. If I tried to up the speed, it gave me a E06 error message on the screen which, in the manual, indicates that theres an issue with the motor.
I contacted their support via email and it took a day for a response which is fine by me. They asked me for a video of the issue, where I bought the item, the product, etc. I sent that info to them and now its been 3 weeks? No response at all from them once I replied with my information.
Good thing is that Ive already figured I should have applied the lubricant underneath the belt and now the machine works. The machine itself is fine, the dimensions are perfect for my apartment. Just the distance is recorded in kilometers and the speakers are kind of funny because theyre not really loud at all. I just leave my phone on the stand and blast up the volume from the phone rather than plug it into the speakers.
Overall I am satisfied with the purchase but the customer service and some parts of the manual could be better.
