The treadmill looked nice in the box. Once setup was complete it was immediate that I noticed it is smaller than advertised. It is made whit cheap material and creaks while running. I am 58 and 200 pounds and there is no way I could sprint or run comfortably on this. When I contacted them for a return I went through messaging back and forth and getting a run around on why they wont give a prepaid shipping label when it was free to ship to me. I told them about the false advertising and the instability but they wanted a video when there are numerous complaints. Very disappointed and will be contacting to get a resolution.

I must say, everything was much better than expected. It arrived in 2 days instead of the estimated 5. Box was quite heavy, but I managed to jimmy it through the house (a free workout). I set it up in my bedroom the next day at 2 am (night shift, am I right?)
Clear instructions. A small bottle of lubricant included! I didnt apply any yet, but I will before I use it again and would recommend it. Super easy setup (you only have to install like 6/8 screws, takes 10/15 minutes).
I used it on our carpet at 8.0 km/hr (approx. 5 miles/hr) for 15 minutes, and it shifted slightly side to side from my weight, but it was REALLY sturdy. I do dislike that it uses the metric system so I have to remember my stats before the machine ends (it doesnt continue to display your stats after you finish) and then convert them. Still not that big of a deal and thats the thing I dislike most.
I like my Skullcandy headphones so I will continue to use those (since my 2 year/old son sleeps soundly in the room next to me). I read that the built/in speaker wasnt that great anyways. My son didnt wake up when I was running this at a light jogging pace.
Comfortable height and length, and I am THRILLED at the width of the belt. Almost 16 inches across. Very comfortable to me. I could not imagine purchasing the slightly cheaper 14 /inch treadmill.
I am going to get a LOT of use out of this, especially now that its cold outside. Winter is coming, are you prepared?

I am 58 and get arm cramps because the hand bars are too short for me.

Great product
Very durable for a small unit, liked it so much, bought a 2nd one for our lake house
