“Not a bad looking chair for the money” was my initial reaction. Still is true. BUT, in reality, the chair is kinda weird as upholstered chairs go. The back is a one-piece drop-in-the-metal slots assembly. So, when you look at the assembled chair carefully, its kinda weird. A Big, flat back with wings is not what I am used to seeing in a made in the USA kinda chair. This one is made in Vietnam and must fit in the smallest box possible for shipping, so design requirements were dictated by the shipping. It’s also kinda hard and not great for sitting, but it does make a colorful statement.
Like the looks, easy to put together. after about a month the chemical smell is starting to go away... needs a better cushion it u plan to sit for a while
I rarely leave reviews but I feel the need to with this one. This is a beautiful chair. It will serve the purpose I need it for just fine. I would imagine if it’s used in a main living space it might be too firm and eventually be uncomfortable. The holes for the back piece did NOT line up. It was a CHORE to get the screws in. The legs went in perfectly. The color is more red than I expected but the color will work just fine. I would give this 5 stars if it wasn’t for how frustrating it got to secure the back piece and the color didn’t quite meet my expectations.
I would say they are more teal then ocean blue. They are comfortable, sturdy, and easy to assemble. I did need help putting on the back. Took about 15 mins to assemble. I am totally happy with this purchase.
This chair is really lovely in my space. Just the right dimensions. I have no idea how it would hold up in a much used room, but in a guest bedroom that is used only occasionally you can’t beat it. Perfect spot for piling unused bed pillows or for a read. I’m quite pleased.
I THOUGHT I was getting gray chairs, they’re definitely not gray-they’re royal blue. They don’t match my decor but considering we just moved in yesterday, it’s just too much to return them, I simply don’t have the energy…I should’ve gotten beige…

Looks nice. Not very comfortable and smells like china
