Ok, so its a bit on the short side, but so am I. This hall tree is pretty, sturdy, HEAVY, and rock solid. Im a little 66 year old lady, and I put the top (down to the bench seat) together by myself. It became too heavy to move easily, so hubs finished it for me when he came home from work. For those who had issues with putting this together, do what I did / READ THE INSTRUCTIONS CAREFULLY FIRST. Then, set everything out by number, and READ THE INSTRUCTIONS CAREFULLY AGAIN. If you do this, it will go together smoothly. The instructions also tell you not to use power tools when assembling / that is so that you dont crack the few pieces that are particle board. So, if I can do it, you can do it, and when you are done, youll have a lovely hall tree where you can hang coats, umbrellas, totes, and store shoes. Adding some bling to the top shelves added to the height. If you are wondering where I got the shoe trays (they are a PERFECT fit!), they are Iron Gate / 2 Pack / Compact Boot Tray / 16x18 Inch. Exactly fit in the shoe bin. Youre welcome.
I wont go into detail on the CF that was the delivery of this item but basically I finally had to pick it up myself after it sitting on a UPS truck for three days with shipment status on the way to delivery the entire time. The box was pretty jacked up. I loaded it in the car myself and braved myself for the worst. Somehow this piece of stayed completely undamaged despite the box being annihilated. It is packaged extremely well. Not even a scratchI was shocked. Its a very pretty piece once assembled but it did take my husband and I three hours to put it together (we didnt rush though). I ordered legs for it separately after reading reviews about the size seeming a bit small. Im so glad I did! Looks great in my space.
First time buying off of . I was kinda skeptical. I though it was going to be an ikea nightmare, but it wasnt! Super easy to put together, Great material, and really pretty!
This is a perfect piece of . Very happy with the quality for the price. Its not tall but i wasnt expecting it to be (since ya know the dimensions are posted in the product info). Literally perfect for the purpose Im using it for. The instructions were very well written. I love this thing. So many compliments already from visitors. For my purpose, 5 stars.
This was well packaged, no nicks or scratches. Took a few minutes to get it unpacked, that was the hardest part. All pieces are well labeled, perfectly fit, directions and diagrams easy to follow. Enough pieces, an extra set of hardware just in case. Perfect alignment and correctly placed pre/drilled holes. Did this in a little over an hour. Yeah, shes still got it.
