I spent way too long reading reviews of the millions of chairs out there. There are always people complaining about something. This chair is solid, was easy to assemble, and is super comfortable. The material is extremely high quality and I dont foresee it wearing out anything soon!
I bought a cheaper chair 5 months ago and it broke already. I decided to spend more this time and it definitely seems worth it. The arms are very sturdy and the assembly used solid materials with large bolts, but it was also very easy to assemble. So far I am very happy.
Im in my desk chair 7 to 10 hours a day. Im very picky about my chair but Im not going to spend $500 to $1000 on a desk chair. This chair exceeded my expectations. Well built, comfortable for larger guys and easy to assemble.
Pros:
Felt pretty good to sit on. I am overweight (but definitely not obese). I usually sit on ther chair 15 hours a day when I work from home.
Cons:
See pictures. The material is just crappy. I just sit for 3 months. Both arms are starting to break.
I am seeking all day comfort. Despite the recommendations from on-line sites this doesnt give me any comfort. I feel immediate pressure points as soon as I sit. I am a bit taller than average and the lumber support sits too low - the lack of height adjustment on this model is a detraction.
My last chair was designed for proper posture and it did that job too well, this one I get no posture support from as I lean in to type. The back on this one is much easier to adjust the angle on- thats a plus! Wheres the middleground?
With only one store within hours that sells office chairs and no joy finding one with the bucket list of features that includes adjustable arms, neck, cushiony seat, and lumber support in a moderate price range.
I will take the time and trouble to disassemble and return.
My search continues!
Very adjustable, very sturdy and very comfortable even for a bigger guy. it is the only chair I have ever used that lasted longer than a year. I ordered a second one for another desk and Ive NEVER ordered the same chair twice before.
it is an attractive chair with a beautiful chrome base. it is everything it said it would be.
Just one thing! The seat cushion is a little firmer than I wanted with my lumbar problem, but I found a wonderful little pillow to use as a cushion.
So far, this chair seems great. My only complaint at this point is that the back of the chair looks like it was dragged on concrete. it is all scuffed up and the silver emblem on the back keeps popping out. It was well packaged but the still the back was damaged.
I wanted to update this review because of the absolutely stellar customer service. I am very, very satisfied with the resolution provided. Will definitely buy from them again.

It doesnt look comfortable, but it is, it really is. Fully adjustable to get it just how you want it. The perfect chair, wish Id found it sooner.

Good chair for the price that keeps posture problems from worstening
Very good chair, sturdy, and looks of good quality. Definitely good for the 250 price range.
