Cant beat the chair for the price!

I work from home generally over 9 hours per day. All things considered, shipping was prompt for a larger item. The assembly was quick and relatively simple -- easy enough for one person to do without help. At 63 I find the chair is very comfortable, though if youre much taller than that I may would look for a chair specifically for taller people. The recline feature works nicely, and adjusting the chair is simple. Great, comfortable chair for an affordable price.

Great fit for my wife,(56) barely fits me (510)

Chair is comfortable for my wife and myself, but wouldnt fit a taller or heavier person Id imagine

    Not for anyone under 54!

The seat depth is almost 20, disastrous if youre a short person, because then your back will never touch the back rest. Yes, the little lumbar support attachment travels up/down and in/out, but it cant make up for the fact that you cant scooch all the way back in the chair. If there were some more travel in the slots for the screws for the back, customers could adjust the seat depth maybe by a couple of inches, which is still better than nothing. Not very adjustable, most suitable for tall people. Disappointed, because the rigidity is definitely not expected for a >$200 chair!

Ergonomic office chair with reasonable price

I have tried a couple of chairs for my home office and I decided to keep this chair. I am 5 9.5 and have a back disc issue. My priority was looking that the chair to support both the back, head, and arms fit with my size. Cons - No adjustable seat depth - No breathable seat - Shallow cushion - Small wheels - Inaccurate holes for assembling to ruin angles However, I think these are optional or enhanced by supplements. Seat depth barely fits with me and I can get an additional cool seat cushion. As well as I can adjust angles while assembling it (There is a small wiggle room). Pros - Reasonable price with these functions - Enough back support - Long-range adjustable armrest - Flexible headrest - Getting a more comfortable seat even though lack of cushion So far I am satisfied with this chair. If you are looking for an ergonomic office chair at a reasonable price, I think this is the one as long as the size works with your body. I highly recommend measuring and comparing it with another chair you already have before purchasing a chair. I tried more expensive chairs but didnt work because of the size.

1.5 years from purchase still satisfied A

1.5 year from purchase and I had the left arm locking mechanism fail. ( support.com) quickly replaced the failed part and we are back in business. They truly back their product for the 3 years advertised.

Wasnt for Me, but EXCELLENT SUPPORT

This chair, although much better than many other chairs Ive tried, still wasnt what I was looking for. I reached out to support with my concerns and they were kind enough to resolve a refund. They care about customer satisfaction.

Solid construction, firm but adjustable support, striking design.

After 15 years of heavy use my office chair finally gave up the ghost and became irreparable. After looking at a range of chairs in the $150 to $250 bracket and reading the reviews extensively, I settled on this model for it is good reviews and for the videos posted by it is buyers. What impressed me most was the care in packaging, the inclusion of extra hardware just in case, and the detailed instructions for assembly. All parts fit perfectly, were well made with above average fit and finish for the price range, and when assembled created a fine product of striking design and ingenious function. The seat is quite firm but not unduly uncomfortable, the back is very adjustable in lumbar support and the headrest is an added luxury as is the height adjustable armrests. My only complaint is the headrest does not go high enough to suit me, but that is a personal peeve. I happen to be taller than average. Most folks will find it useful and adaptable as it can rotate in closer to the head if desired. I like the fact that the height adjustment for the seat works differently than most. You dont lift up on the lever, but rotate it to change piston height. The same lever serves as a reclining lock to keep the chair back upright or allow for two reclining positions to be set for relaxed media viewing or even napping by simply pulling it out to free the action or pushed in to lock in one of three positions. The lumbar support can be adjusted in or out via a large stylish knob on the back and has a large range of adjustment. I can see this will be a long term reliable purchase.

    Best value for money

Best chair you can possibly buy for the given price

    Mostly comfortable

The seat is a bit firmer than I expected, but still pretty comfortable. The main drawback for me is how little resistance there is when you lean back. It feels a bit like you are falling. I am a large guy, so that may have something to do with it. I usually keep it locked upright anyway, so it is not the worst thing in the world. Assembly was a breeze, maybe 15 minutes total. Overall it is a good chair.
