I received the chair in a timely manner and it was really easy to assemble. However, as you can see by the picture, I could not insert one of the castors completely into the base. If customer service comes through and sends me a new base and castors, I will change this to a five.
I do love the chair, it is bottom pad is very comfortable, the lumbar really helps my back and you can adjust the arms and head rest up and down to accommodate your individual height and preferences. You can even adjust how far apart the arm rests are. I am six three and find this to work very well for me. The chair feels very sturdy and well built. As I said, if customer service comes through, I will change my rating to a five.
Overall, a decent chair for what I paid for it.
My biggest complaint is the headrest; at full height, it hits me just above the shoulder blades (Im only 6 2). That obviously was not comfortable, so I ended up removing the headrest completely.
This chair is so much better than the many others weve tested and returned. Needed for a 62, 250lbs male at an office desk 8-10 hours a day. This office chair is better than the rest weve tried; this one is here to stay. Why 4 stars instead of 5 then? The neck adjustment is a little flimsy, it has notches that hold in place so can easily be adjusted, even when not intending to. Itd be nice if the adjustment parts of the chair didnt feel so cheap.
I like that this chair has a lumbar support that you can crank as far in for pressure as you want. Good for someone with a disc out in low back putting pressure on sciatic nerve.
Easy to assemble - takes about 10 -15 minutes. Instructions are adequate. Chair is very comfortable and adjusts easily. The one improvement I would like it to make the lean back friction more adjustable. As supplied there is almost no resistance. It can be adjusted but not by very much. Other than that - a great chair.

Ive been dealing with sciatica, and the back support is absolutely wonderful. The chair also tilts way back, which is great for stretching after staring at a screen all day.

The chair fits, and you are in an ergonomic posture. You are not forced to be in a correct posture.
