After covid lockdown , i had to start working from home. basically spending whole day behind desk on my chair. My old office chair got broken and it had leather upholstery. not exactly real leather. after long time it started shed into little pieces and started making mess. also leather seat is not really comfortable in hot weather. so i needed new chair without leather seat. after tons of research on internet, i decided this chair because it fitted in my price range and seemed really great. it did reach my expectations. first of all, very easy to install. i finished assemble in 15 minutes. Mesh on the back keep it cool. great lumbar support. seat is very comfortable to seat for long time. it has adjustable head rest. not just work on this chair, even sit on to rest is enjoyable. so far i am very satisfied with this purchase. i would highly recommend this chair to anyone looking for

This chair arrived a few days ago, and I have to say, it is one of the best, if not the best office chair Ive ever owned! I am a short woman (50) who needs a lot of lumbar support for my back. First, this is the first chair that actually goes low enough for me to have my feet planted on the ground. A huge plus! The lumbar support being adjustable not only up and down, but also in and out, to press on your back more or less, is great. I also like that the lumbar support is cushioned! The headrest is too tall for me, which I knew would be an issue, so I just unscrewed the headrest section, which comes off easily using the screwdriver provided in the assembly kit.
As far as assembly, it was surprisingly easy! I would say have a good table or desk nearby you can use to do most of the assembly on. The wheels also go on easy--Ive had other chairs where you really had to hammer them in.
All the materials look great. Appreciate having a mesh back but a cushioned seat, since mesh seats can be hard to adjust to.
Very comfortable and sturdy chair. Good lumbar support and firm seat cushion. Can easily sit on this for long hours without any issues.
I wish the side handles were a little longer. However I would still highly recommend this product.

Assembly: The chair was straightforward to assemble. My 4-year-old and I, from opening the box to finishing setup, took only 28 minutes with no power tools. I recommend not using power tools from my previous experience as they will over-tighten and damage your chair. However, I did not use the provided Hex Key because I preferred my device.
Craftmanship: Material back mesh and the seat cushion feels great. The knob to adjust the back tilt works perfectly. The headrest is very nice to have and feels excellent. The armrests are great, but for added comfort, I recommend buying arm cushion paid.
Damage: The logo on the back of the seat came scratched, and the stainless steel or brushed nickel base had scratches. The base metal is soft, so I do expect more scratches later. But again, whos looking at the floor?
Quality Control: This is lacking because we found a pair of used gloves in the box. It took approximately 8 minutes to sanitize the chair because of the gloves. The scratches are a misfortune because this chair is a good one. I recommend they go with a harder metal, but what can you expect if you want that mirror base look.
Shipping: delivery destroyed the first box and contents. I just sent it back without hesitation. This 2nd order box came damaged as well but not as bad as the first. I recommend sending the chair back if the package is severely damaged.
Overall: The design is very modern and sleek for our home office. The chair is very comfortable to sit in for 8 hours a day. The height adjustment also works great for the short and tall individuals in the family. The cushion feels a lot better than our previous mesh chair. The mesh back feels great because I can feel the natural air on my back... My back stays a lot cooler with this chair. Having the added lumbar support is a must-have if you are sitting erect or in a tilt position. I have wooden floors, so the chair rollers are perfect, with no issues. The mirror base doesnt show fingerprints. I recommend buying this chair at $220 price point or below.
This chair is great. Working remote, I sit at a desk for long periods (yes, I take breaks) and this chair is comfortable with good lumbar support. It is the best chair I have used. Seems well made, assembly wasnt too hard and they package it well. Liked the gloves they provided to wear during assembly. For me, this chair is a winner.
Love the two way lumbar support and the multi-directional neck support. I have neck and back issues and did a lot of research before purchasing this chair. It met all of my specifications. Being petite, its extremely hard to find a chair with neck support that goes low enough. This chair fits my body like a glove. The seat is a bit stiffer than I imagined with it being memory foam. However, it is molded for support and reduces pressure off of the sacrum. Ive used this for almost a week, and I approve. The only thing I would recommend is purchasing arm rest cushions. The arm rests lack cushion.
