Had the chair for 3 months now and it has held up great.
My only complaint would be the screws for the backrest of the chair come loose about once a month. A quick tightening session gets it back working as intended though.
This chair meets all the ergonomic standards. It supports your upper back, neck. The adjustable armrests is good and it has a solid lumbar support, which maintains the curve in the lower back and promotes effortless upper-back posture. My wife and I both work from home now since covid, so we decided to upgrade our office system, and we are starting from the chairs since its the most important part. I also want to point that this chair looks I would say 99% like the chairs we got upgraded in our office in 2018, which I heard costed at least $500. There are always better and more expensive chairs, but we are happy with what we got within our budget.

Nice support, Im 6ft 4 and I struggle to find chairs (and anything else tbh) thats comfortable. This is really nice, and encourages me to sit up right and my legs are at the right height. The head rest is comfortable especially if your laying back a bit for support.
Install was easy and instructions clear. No cons that I can to impact an otherwise 5 chair.
Great chair. Super comfortable and adjustable... if you are UNDER 58/172cm. Everything felt like it was off by a few inches between the lumbar support and the headrest. I ended up swapping chairs (a crappy Basic one) with my wife, of whom this chair fits perfectly and she loves. If youre a taller individual, maybe skip this one. ESPECIALLY if you are taller than 510/180cm. The headrest doesnt go that high.
I replaced my last chair to get this one since I was getting back pain by sitting for longer periods of time. This condition aggravated in COVID-19 scenario as my work was all homebound. This chair really is comfortable as you can adjust your posture accordingly and doesnt even take up lot of space. I am a happy customer of this comfy chair and the best part is- I can even adjust my back support, have a great headrest and tilt adjustment feature. Great product overall!!
This chair really surprised me at it is more than fair price. it is very adjustable in the armrests, headrest, and lumbar support. I used it for a few months and the only problem I had was that one of the armrests started to flake the outer plastic/vinyl covering. And it was hard so it would dig/poke my arm. Eventually you could see the cushion in the armrest so I contacted them and they sent me a new armrest! Excellent customer service and a great product. I recommend this chair to anyone on a budget who needs a great ergonomic chair
My husband was complaining about his back aching while he was working so I decided to look for an ergonomic chair. There were lots on the market and it was hard to choose but this chair seem to have all of the necessary features and its price was fantastic. My husband assembled it quickly and he loves it. He says it gives him lots of support, Atlenes back, it has a nice headrest and its not hot to sit and do to the mesh. I would highly recommend this chair because its efficient and it sells for a great price.
I bought this chair for my home office. It was very easy to assemble and is quite comfortable. This chair should work just as well for someone tall/large as for someone petite (I am 52 and 98 lbs). The chair seat is deep, making the lumbar support better suited to someone with a larger frame, so I use a throw pillow to fill in that gap without diminishing the support the chair provides in any way. I definitely recommend this chair as being very good quality and quite comfortable at an affordable price.
