    Overall, pretty happy...so far

The chair was pretty easy to put together...standard assembly. The only issue is the plastic shiny cap on the lumbar adjustment knob came off, as in, the four pegs were broken off the cap. Thats disappointing, however, I am not returning the chair because of that...maybe I can glue it on. I like the height of the chair...I am 61, and the head rest, at it is highest setting, is good. I did buy different casters to put on it, and the seating height with those is perfect. I am hoping the piston lasts...almost every chair Ive ever owned, the piston has failed at some point. I am around 230 Lbs...and I am not very hard on my chairs. The tilt feature is pretty weak at it is tightest setting...but I generally dont use that feature in most of my chairs. My previous chair was a large executive chair, but bonded leather, which means, it is all falling off. This is my first ergo chair that Ive personally had (at one time, my company provided a Steelcase Leap Chair, but I cant spend that kind of money).

    Comfortable, affordable, easy to assemble

So far this chair is so comfortable, you can adjust the height of the chair, the armrests and headrests. It also has lumbar support. The seat is wide and comfortable at least for me (Im a 57, 175-pound woman). Assembly was easy, I did it myself in about 30 min or less (and I was chatting on the phone)

    Comfortable and reasonably priced

I had been looking for an upgrade to the $99 chair I purchased a few years back from Costco. It has been a challenge, the market is flooded with so many options for chairs at every price point. it is hard to find a good one for the right price. I had a pretty decent Herman Miller Aeron knock-off at my old job. I am working full-time from home now ... but I wasnt willing to cough up $1,000 for one. Even the used ... sorry renewed ones ... sell for $600. The seat is firm yet comfortable. The seatback is fully mesh and has adjustable lumbar support. I didnt think the headrest was a big deal ... but I actually find myself using it. I didnt get the footrest option so I cant comment on that. The smooth metal chair legs are great. The only issue I ran across is that the seatback frame was ever so slightly popped out. Photo attached. Though it was a defect, it didnt affect the comfort of the chair nor could you tell it was there unless you were looking closely. My only concern was that it would worsen over time. A couple of days after receiving the chair the manufacturer messaged me through . I told them that the chair was great, but described the issue I had found. They asked for a photograph which I provided. The next day they told me that they agreed it was a defect and decided to send me a new chair! Defects happen ... but they have provided fantastic customer service. Long story short ... if this chair is in your price range ... you cant go wrong!

    Nice and Comfortable !!

I have been using this chair for close to 3 weeks now. Its a good and comfortable chair. I am 6.2 tall and 170 lbs. It was easy to put together and all parts came well packed. My only complaint is the neck support. I wish the neck support was more sturdy and maybe had a better locking system to keep it in place all the time. Apart from that this is a good chair.

If youre a gamer, you need to check out this chair.

I bought this chair for my son who is on his computer (gaming) all day. The chair is very comfortable and his body feels cool over long periods of time sitting. He sits for hours on end, leans back and rocks on his chair. The adjustable headrest is comfortable. It gives him good support when the chair is tilted and rocking back. He likes it better than the gamer chair he had before. I recommend you give it a try. My son is 6 ft and weighs 215 lbs. it is easy to assemble, my son did it himself.

Pretty good chair. Pretty good customer service.

This chair is pretty good for it is price imo. After about 8 months of use one of the arms on my chair started peeling though. I messaged them through and they sent a replacement out right away. Good customer service.

The piston to adjust the height doesnt work

I love my chair... it is helped my posture so much and I just feel so much more supported while I sit and work for 8 hours a day. My only complaint is the height adjustment doesnt work. I am having a hard time finding where to connect with the customer support team, but I would love to chat about this matter because I would love to adjust the height a bit. Otherwise, great chair!
