This chair definitely gets 5 stars for being pretty. I know a lot of reviews said it was hard to assemble. I however had no issues. The only thing I have issues with is the lack of arm rests, but thats really the style of the chair. It does have levers to go up, down and tilt.
My granddaughter loves the chair and says its comfy and she loves it. She and her bff (both 14 yrs old) had no problem putting the chair together as it arrived in pieces. She said it was easy to do.
I on the other had was disapointed when I saw it, as the material on chair was not attached very well in a few places. Also the fabric itself was not the best of quality.
She is happy so I gave it a 4 stars as to my 3 star rating.
The chair came quickly and was easy to put together. I did it myself in about 20 minutes. It seems to roll well. The only thing I dont like about it is the seat is very stiff. The back is comfortable, but the seat is like sitting on cardboard. I am hoping it gets softer over time. The product I received came in a box, with brochures inside, though it does say made in China (isnt everything?) and I like that it didnt have additional flame retardants applied to the fabric. I recommend for a stylish alternative to a typical office chair.

Teenage Granddaughter Loves the Chair.

I love the color of the chair, but after only 3 months, the seems are separating on the arms of the chair--very disappointed .
