Im in love with this chair! I purchased it for my vanity. I had no trouble putting it together, matching the screws and holes up wasnt a issue if done in the right order. Its a bit stiff to sit on at first, but with use its extremely comfortable. Its sturdy. The adjustable height and ability to lean back happen smoothly. It also glides across the floor so effortlessly and smooth. The color is true to the pictures, and absolutely beautiful. Im so happy with this chair, would buy it again if needed.
I had high hopes for this chair because it was a chair. I learned, however, that licenses the name to another company. The seat is hard and, for me, at least, very uncomfortable. The chair was supposed to come with gliding footers so you can use them instead of the included casters, but there were no footers in my box. I called , who referred me to the actual manufacturer of the chair, True Innovations. They were very prompt in sending out the gliding footers, which turned out to be four pieces of felt with adhesive backing. They didnt last very long. I loved the looks of the chair, but when you buy an office chair without trying it in person, youre taking a gamble it will be comfortable. The chair is pretty, but that doesnt matter if you cant use it.

I was a little desapointed too becaur the chair I got did not have the pretty double piping finition that we see on all the picturea, nor the silver tag on the back as shown. It was in a box thought.
I returned it, mostly because of the height... But it is a very nice chair.

I bought this for my home office. PROS: Stylish, sturdy, adjustable height and rocking motion; seat padding. CONS: The seat is very deep, I think the specs say 19, so if you are short-legged, this is not for you. I am long legged (58) and when I sit all the way back my knees are right at the edge; back support is not good, I need to put a pillow in my lower back. The seat seems to tip forward slightly, so I feel like I am sliding forward a bit. The material is TWILL, so it is nubby. If you have a cat w/ claws, they can pull threads loose. The stoneware beige is not the best neutral, if you are into neutrals. It is more pinky-beige than green-beige, if you have an eye for undertones in color. Hope this helps you.

Material is not as plush as I had hoped. Bottom seat is not padded enough for long hours of work.
