I wanted an office chair that had a more cozy/comfortable look and feel, since my desk and office area are in my living room. This chair fits the bill! I just moved and the couch I ordered was delayed so Ive had to sit in this chair whenever I want to sit and watch tv. So its getting a lot of use and so far so good! I got the light grey color and its definitely a warmer grey - almost beige. My only gripe is that the seat/cushion has a string chemical smell. But it seems to be dissipating.
I really love this chair. I found it very easy to put the chair together if you read the instructions and follow them. I have had it for a few weeks and am very happy. The one thing I did not like is that my cats nails have made a few snags in the seat fabric. It is a looser woven fabric that is very soft and comfortable to sit on. The cat snags are my own fault and do not change how much i like the product. I cover it with a nice little blanket now so it is not that big of a deal.
I absolutely love this chair. It has a great cushion for your bottom! The only issue I have is that it doesnt provide much lumbar support, but I use a cushion to help.

I was sent a replacement chair that was 95% better than the last so I kept it. Chair is very very comfortable and proved to be easy to clean after my baby marked it up with sharpies.
1st chair: NOT impressed with my chairs condition. Right out of the packaging I could immediately see areas where the material was snagged and pulling. I wouldnt buy this used if it were in this condition. Now I have to disassemble what I had already done, repackage and send back in HOPES that the next one doesnt come with the same issues. Not to mention get this thing to the nearest UPS store, it is a HEAVY box!
Now that we are working from home for the foreseeable future, I decided to invest in a more comfortable home office environment. I had to carve out some space in my LR for a desk area. I wanted a chair that would be comfortable and work with our existing furniture. I ordered the Stone Beige color and its a good neutral.
The chair cushion is thick and very comfortable for the hour I used it last night. Assembly was a breeze. I did it largely on my own in about 15 minutes. Assembly consisted of little more than 8 screws and 6 steps. I had help only when aligning the seat back to the bottom of the chair: one person to hold while the other screwed the two parts together.
I am petite but had no problems adjusting the chair height to work for me. The men in my family were able to easily re-position the chair height for their tall frames.
The only negative is that the chair fabric has a slight order, only noticeable when sitting in the chair. I Febreezed it, but can still smell the slight order. I imagine this will dissipate in the coming days (hope so!)
UPDATE: I can confirm the fabric odor is completely gone!
I really loved this chair for the first few months, but the cushion does not last at all and a year later in sitting practically on the base and shopping for a new chair. Also, as others have mentioned, the screws did not line up— my solution was to place it on its side and me and my husband both laid on top of it to make it line up. Haha whatever works I suppose, but took two days to put together.
I want to love this chair and honestly I do but.... I shopped long and hard for a nice feminine office chair that wasnt too girly or too expensive. I was going for professional chic. I was really excited that it was . One review I saw notes the box did not indicate and they questioned the brand - my box did say and had the cute sheep on it like the mattresses so seems legit. The lean back feature is weak but I dont need it so thats fine. This chair is comfortable and cute. I do wish it raised a little higher than it does as Im 51 and like to sit a little high for comfortable typing posture. The only reason this isnt 5 stars is the wearing of the fabric where my thighs rest. Im not a big girl, 130 lbs, so no reason for the fabric and foam to be squished after day 1 of sitting in it for only a couple hours. My photos show where the fabric is a little saggy and it has not regained its shape. Ive only had this chair about a week. Thats the only downside! I was hoping I had chosen a chair that would last as it was not the cheapest out there. Overall I am quite happy with it but wish it was more rigid in the leg area.
My 7 year old with autism already loves this chair. It wraps around holds him the way he needs to feel comfortable and want to sit. His work deals is now his favorite place to be in the house and thats saying something since his show is on in another room.
Unlike other reviewers, my chair arrived in a branded box and labels on the chair. It was easy to assemble, I did not face issues with lining up the bolts. The instructions clearly indicate there are two different sets so you should make sure to read and follow the instructions. I did get help in assembling as the snug fit requires a bit of pushing to align but once done, it is a solid fit and very comfortable chair. Overall I recommend this chair although the price is a bit on the higher side, the quality does seem to justify it.

Cushion Does Not Last
I really loved this chair for the first few months, but the cushion does not last at all and a year later in sitting practically on the base and shopping for a new chair. Unlike other reviewers, my chair arrived in a branded box and labels on the chair. It was easy to assemble, I did not face issues with lining up the bolts.
